We were concerned because they are usually very expensive for nothing super special. Then my wife happened upon Chelsea Lietz's Photography. Not only were the prices very reasonable, but her photos were simply gorgeous. We ended up getting the "Belly to Baby" package which was two photography sessions one a short 45 minute Maternity session, and the second a 3 hourish newborn photography session. The maternity session blew our minds away, we were so pleased with how laid back she was, how professional she seemed, and most importantly how organized, and timely she was. She asked us if there was anythign we wanted and we mentioned our tattoos, and she delivered with what is one of my favourite photos of me and my wife. We were super pleased with the maternity session, and everyone in our family and freidns on facebook loved the photos. We thought it couldn't get better than this. WE WERE WRONG!! Chelsea has a plague on the wall of her studio that says "Baby Whisperer" this is not an exagerration. She handled our 1 week old newborn so well that we immediately trusted her with our baby so much that my wife and I both fell asleep due to the comfortable environment, and the absolute trust we had in Chelsea. Then the Photos came.... They were simply stunning! She focused on the baby like she should, but still managed to get a couple of pictures with my wife and I with the baby. They were everything and more that we wanted. For the price that we paid I doubt we could find someone with more bang for the buck. We hired Greg to photograph our April 2017 wedding, and could not have been more pleased. I have…read morehigh standards of professionalism, and he exceeded them in every case. Greg communicates often and well, shows up early for appointments, is thorough in his planning, and most importantly, produces excellent photographs. He met with us early on to chat and get to know each other, then visited the wedding site to talk with the priest and evaluate the light and angles. He gave us a recommended shot list, asked us what customizations we wanted to make for it, and graciously made sure we got all of the photos we wanted (and many more that he took opportunistically). His photos are technically well-done, and he adds creativity both with his choice of angles and his post-processing of the pictures, often providing 2-3 treatments of each shot. (Faded color, black and white, and saturated color, for example.) He also delivered the whole collection of photos promptly after the event. If you want a photographer who conducts himself professionally, is reasonably priced, and does a great job, I'd recommend Greg highly.
