Never buy tickets from these people. We bought tickets and were sent a confirmation email saying the tickets were going to be electronically delivered. We started driving 3 hours to the venue. 2 hours in we were on the phone with ClickItTicket and they said they oversold the tickets and they only had tickets for $300.00+. I was looking for tickets to see the musical The Book of Mormon and visited lots of sites. I mainly went by how trustworthy they seemed and the price. (I didn't realize that tickets were so expensive!) I decided on ClickitTicket because they had the cheapest price. They offered electronic tickets, so I was able to buy them, download them and print them out on the spot! First of all, I am siked because I am going to see Matchbox Twenty in concert this summer and I can't wait! I got the tickets yesterday and I am thrilled because I hadn't tried Clickit Ticket before but they had the cheapest prices for this show, so I gave them a shot, and it was fine. It was a lot like Stub Hub (which I have used before). I didn';t use their custoerm service so I can't talk to that, but the site worked fine. I'll try them again if the price is right! read more

So we ended up getting tickets online from ClickitTicket - we got them on time for the game and there weren't any problems.
