Cockroaches! Run! I did not have the same interpersonal issues with management that others had at Spencer Terrace, but the building itself is pretty horrible. The least bad stuff: It's loud - you can hear kids playing constantly because of the echo of the courtyard; your neighbors might like to play music and fight at 3 am; and you can hear every footstep, inside and out. The main windows face a walkway so say good-bye to open blinds in your living room and kitchen. The very bad stuff: A very bad roach infestation. Bad enough to see roach poo in the cupboards and drawers no matter how often you clean. The pest control company they use doesn't do much beyond what you could do yourself - dotting some poison bait everywhere. I spent a ton of money on roach baits, boric acid, etc. and managed to control them to mostly the kitchen (they were literally everywhere), but you can't win this battle. You will always be confronted by roaches in the kitchen anytime during the dark hours. Two other neighbors that we know of also had roaches (and one of them saw a mouse in their apartment), and one empty unit I checked out while living there also had a roach roaming in full daylight. So yeah, it's the whole building. One couple moved in and moved out three months later - that was the empty unit with the roach that I saw. When you inevitably move out because you can't stand the idea of living with roaches, say goodbye to your deposit because they will charge you a "painting fee" even though the paint they used flaked off constantly while you lived there. You will leave it cleaner than you found it but they likely will still charge you. The painting fee was inexcusable - the paint they used came off in sheets if you merely brushed by it. There is also a major termite problem that is easily visible - just look for the sawdust under the wood railings. Serious health hazzard - I suspect the building will collapse one day, and no one should be surprised. One end of the walkway appears to be help up by a big jack. They are constantly working on replacing the wood but they can't keep up with the termite activity. We found several dead termites in our apartment, too. This was the worst place I've ever lived because of the roaches, and I've been renting most of my adult life. Do not move here unless you love communing with nature (aka roaches). read more

Where do I even start? Oh, I know! I'll start with Yolanda Mora. Oh my goodness is she just the most awful person. There's another review that you'll find if you look around that describes how she impatiently forces you to sign all of the documents for the apartment you're agreeing to rent without giving you the opportunity to read anything. That was our experience exactly. We were really excited about the apartment and we told other people in the office that when she was out. We wanted it. When she called to offer it, I DARED to ask a few questions about the apartment. Does it include utilities? How does the garage situation work? Does it include trash and recycling? I got through about half of one of those questions, and she stops me with, "I thought you wanted the apartment." We did. We needed it. It's a cheaper place in a crazy expensive area and we needed to be there. She whisked through the documents, impatiently saying "sign there." We never did any sort of check-in walk-through, just signed documents. When we get to our place, the stove has knobs without a single temperature labeled, there's dog hair infused into the paint because they clearly did a crap job of cleaning before painting, 90% of the cabinets are broken and stay part of the way open, the shower sprays everywhere, and oh there are paint cans, piles of pallets, and a whole big hot tub around the apartment and in our garage. That hot tub was completely left for us to deal with, and I learned later that she did ask her people to do something with it, but they couldn't figure out what to do with it and said screw it. Screw the residents. They left it. We managed to find someone who wanted it and picked it up; but the paint and pallets are still there despite our reporting it regularly for several years. This woman is awful. As I mentioned, she answered no questions and offered no information about the apartment when we were moving in. So we had no clue that it was our responsibility to move our vehicles out to the street on a weekly basis for trash pickup. When we learned that, we'd just monitor the trash bin and move the cars when it was starting to fill up. After a few months of that, she called and let us know that "there will be problems" if we don't move our vehicles weekly. Even when there was a like 1 bag of trash in a big bin, "there will be problems." When the pandemic started, we called to see if we could get our laundry converted to an app system because of the quarter shortage. The laundry company said we had to get the landlord to do it. Yolanda told us that Trader Joe's will give us quarters. Mid-pandemic, there was a crazy electrical shortage in our apartment. Some surging in the local transformer killed some of our appliances and fried some of the outlets. We were going to be without power in the middle of the summer, and we had to specifically ask to stay at a hotel. Thankfully, Yolanda was out of the office and we received approval from another property manager. Repairs went on for 3 days. The electrician told us that the circuits in the apartment were in really bad shape before this surge happened and that it was quite dangerous, especially in our baby's room. Two months later, Yolanda called to let us know we were delinquent on rent for the month in which we had to stay in the hotel for several night. That even though we'd called and sent emails AND received permission to pay rent less the expenses we incurred. We had to track all of the information down yet again because profession this woman is NOT. Finally, our apartment complex was invaded by rats during our last month there. Our neighbor killed a full 16 of them. Another neighbor killed a few and we killed one. Infested. Thankfully, she did have her workers there pretty quickly to deliver traps and seal holes. These are holes all around the foundation that should've never been open in the first place. She did send in a pest control specialist. But then she tried to blame us for having some children's toys out front--you know, because toys bring out all of the vermin. And then she raised everyone's rent by $100/month. Don't rent this place (814 Spencer St). It's fool's gold. Please leave it unoccupied as long as possible because this woman deserves that punishment for being so awful. Maybe she'll retire from the business and make the world a better place. The apartments could be sooooo nice with a little careful care, but that aint going to happen. She's going to have her workers slap some paint over the dog hair, close the broken cabinets, and she'll bully you into signing the documents required to rent it. Because as long as it's rented, she's doing her job. That's all she cares about. read more

I live in an apartment complex managed by Yolanda Mora. I cannot stress the rudeness and unprofessionalism that she exudes to all of the tenants here. The building is poorly maintained and if you dare to let the landlord know of anything that breaks, they will make sure you regret it. Door handle fell off the front gate? Why would you need to fix that? Today I came home to a note on my door politely titled "3-Day Notice to Pay or Quit". Cliff Warren Investments increased our rent without telling us, then demand that we pay the increase within 3 days or evacuate the property. Also threatening to submit a negative credit record to a credit reporting agency. First of all, I have no problem paying the rent increase but need to be notified of the change in rent. I'm also not sure that a 3 day notice to pay or get out is legal? Many things this company does are illegal. I have no idea how they get away with it. If you are considering renting from a building managed by this company, don't do it!! read more

Saw there listing for a great apartment online, called quite a few times before yolonda answered my call. She said it was still available, gave me info to go and view it. I loved it and immediately the next morning called, once again took half the day to hear back, yolonda sent me the application with the incorrect address on it some place miles away. I called her on it and after another hour she sent the right one. I emailed one question too her before faxing application back and she replies back Sorry apartment has been rented but I have a more expensive 2 bedroom available. Wtf really? How did she rent the unit during the time I was filling out the app. Couldn't she have told me? Talk about bait and switch. Be careful with these guys there's something fushy going on here. Have been living at one of their properties - Spencer Terrace - for an year. Richly deserve all negative reviews. The upkeep of the property is great. That's all the positive things I can share. The management is downright rude. They inspect your house at will and the manager makes no bones about entering your home in your absence. She is extremely rude and loud. Has disrupted family events at my home saying its too noisy when her own daughter sings at the top of her voice and she makes loud Skype calls to Eastern Europe. The rent payment scheme is obsolete - with them relying on paper checks when ACH and credit card payments are welcomed elsewhere. The manager starts her statements with "You need to do this..." or, when you ask for something, "I don't know..." Has been a terrible experience. Worse still, when I called the management to discuss the issue they did not take the call nor return it. read more

I have been renting from Cliff Warren for less than a year but so far I've been really pleased, compared to other landlords in the area. They made it really easy to look at the place, secure a lease, and move in. I've had two repairs so far (garage door and toilet) and they both went smoothly; there is a maintenance team on call who are fast and good. I asked if they will raise rent and they answered honestly that they keep up with market prices and I expect that my rent will be raised, just as every landlord has raised my rent in the Los Angeles area, but so far the rent prices seem fair and definitely not more than other comparable places in the area. I wanted to come on Yelp and leave a positive review after seeing the negative ones... including those directed at Yolanda, whom I did NOT have negative experiences with during the move-in process at all. read more

If you are thinking of renting from them, I hope you see this. Riviera Villa at 1910 Camino de la Costa was bought out recently by these people so I'm stuck here for the time being but YOU don't have to live here. They don't care about the tenants or tenant law. Electricity and water has been turning off without notice. I think that's illegal. When you call them, they rarely answer and IF you ever reach them, they pretend the message was never received. My neighbor has been having a strange rancid smell from his plumbing for a month now and he'd been told "don't call again" and to move if he has a problem. That seems to be their answer to everything: MOVE. On Thanksgiving day they had loud construction ALL DAY LONG. I thought the banging and power saws would end by 3 but it went on into the night. We had to yell over the noise to converse with our guests. What irritates me more is the fact that there was zero construction the day after. These are just a few examples of a long running list. BEWARE OF RENTING FROM THIS COMPANY - A longer description will follow, but the Cliff Warren's Notes: Four days before we were to move into a property managed by Cliff Warren Investments, at the lease signing meeting, Yolanda snatched away the lease and said "it wasn't going to work" because we were asking questions about the lease agreement and she didn't like our "attitude." She ostensibly made us homeless, reneging on a deal we had left a deposit on, four days before we were scheduled to move in. This company simply cannot be trusted... It pains me to write this but I have to share what happened, so no one else has to experience what we did. After a long search, my gf and I found a great townhouse in Redondo Beach managed by Cliff Warren Investments. We submitted an application, were approved and paid our deposit, planning to move in a month later. We put in our 30 days at our current place and began packing, excited for the future. We scheduled an appt with Yolanda to sign the lease weeks ahead of time. When the day came Yolanda did not return my calls confirming the appt, and when I finally spoke to her, she was evasive and tried to change the date. I insisted this was the only day my gf could do it (hence scheduling weeks ahead of time) and she bitterly relented. Upon arriving at the office Yolanda was immediately hostile. We were neither greeted nor offered a place to sit. Yolanda pushed a large packet of information with the lease at us, expecting a quick signature. Not being fools, we insisted on reading the legal document before signing. AS ALL PEOPLE SHOULD. As my gf asked simple, clarifying questions, Yolanda's hostility grew. Meanwhile one of her (unintroduced) coworkers kept walking by, throwing in oddly critical comments. We were in fact wary, as Yolanda had been dismissive and occasionally rude up to that point, and only more so during the signing. When my gf asked about language stating we had done a walkthrough (we had not done one and were reluctant to sign a document saying we had) Yolanda snapped, yanked away the application and stated "this isn't going to work, if you're being difficult now you'll be a difficult tenant." My gf and I were stunned. Months of planning (and packing) crashed down around us. I tried to calm the situation and work things out, but Yolanda was intractable and her co-worker became increasingly rude telling us we had attitude (my gf is an elementary school special ed teacher, she is impossibly sweet). After making no headway, we left the office in shock, my gf in tears. The next day I called first thing in the AM to try to set things right. After having my calls go straight to VM I *67 and finally got through (they were clearly dodging my calls.) I apologized, though we had done nothing wrong, because we still needed a place to live. She stated that she had already given it away. Somehow. In roughly 4 business hours. The repercussions of Yolanda's childish decision are difficult to convey here. I lost sleep trying to understand what happened and whether I could fix it. Days later my gf still breaks down in tears, wondering what went wrong and distraught that the future we planned is gone. All at the snap of a petty person's whims. Not only were we not getting the apartment we had packed our entire house to move in to, but we had already given up our current place. Luckily, our sweet and understanding landlord is letting us stay until the end of the month. Otherwise we would have been fully homeless four days after Yolanda made this decision. Someone who would do this isn't just a terrible business person (we have great credit, glowing reviews from previous landlords) they are also a bully and an unusually cruel human being. For all she knew, she just made us homeless. Did not care. She didn't like our "attitude." This, from a person, who's attitude is simply monstrous. We never insulted anyone, never raised our voices. Simply asked basic questions. Why were they so defensive about the lease? What did they have to hide? I cannot speak to whether they are good property managers, since we never got that far. But I can say they are fickle, vindictive and ultimately ruthless. We now find consolation knowing we dodged a bullet, as worse drama might have followed (read the Yelp reviews to get an idea). We'd seen the Yelp reviews and chose to proceed, giving Cliff Warren Investments the benefit of the doubt. We wish we had heeded these warnings as it would have saved tremendous amounts of time, effort and heartbreak. Unpleasant but reactive property managers. I've had rain water leak into my bedroom for 3+ years when there is excessive rain in SoCal. As a landlord myself, I am legally responsible to make my property tenable with waterproofing, right? Property manager called to tell me I was wrong however since they like me they will cover the minimal expenses incurred when I had a pool of water covering the length of my bed room. Thank you for the generosity. Was told I was wrong one final time and then hung up on. Do a better job. They do own quite a few properties in Southbay so just prepare for a hard time, that's all. read more

I had the absolute WORST experience with Yolanda from Cliff Warren Investments. I only wish I had trusted what I read on Yelp before dealing with this woman. My boyfriend and I found the townhouse of our dreams. We put the deposit down, gave notice to our landlord, packed our entire apartment, and contacted Yolanda to discuss BASIC move-in questions (when do we sign the lease, when do we do a walk through, etc). This is when red flags started to appear as Yolanda was impatient and obviously couldn't get off the phone faster. Ultimately she agreed to meet with us at a determined date to sign the lease and go over everything. When that date rolled around, we called to confirm our appointment. Yolanda didn't return calls, and when we finally got in touch with her she was very curt, saying she wasn't available, and that we needed to come the next day. We explained to her that our schedules were not flexible, and we needed to come on the date we had initially agreed upon. When we arrived to the office (after rushing there from work), Yolanda hurriedly showed us a copy of the lease paraphrasing what was in each section, and told us "this is where you initial". I told her I would need to read the lease in its entirety before signing (as I have a right to). I was asked "why are you so hostile?" Then, I made the FATAL mistake--- the lease stated that we agree that we had been inside the unit and everything was in perfect condition---we had not been inside the unit to check if everything was working, so before I could finish my question, she forcibly snatched the lease out of my hand and said "this isn't going to work. This is a working-relationship and I can't work with you". She and an un-introduced coworker proceeded to yell at us and make accusations that were absolutely baseless and absurd. They were this odd pair of menopausal woman that were teaming up against us, we had NO idea what just hit us. We were in disbelief. She handed back our deposit (remember, this is 4 days before we were to move in) and told us "I have someone else that wants the townhouse anyways". My boyfriend tried to smooth things over with her, but at this point I told him "Let's leave, this is an absolute nightmare". Now we have no place to live, our apartment is in boxes, and our hopes and dreams of living in this beautiful townhouse (that we would have taken the best care of and paid rent on time) is completely shattered. This woman doesn't realize (or doesn't care) about the pain she causes people. How can she still be employed after all of these negative reviews? All I can say is, please, learn from our experience. Just had an annual fire inspection. Yolanda personally left me notice a week in advance and followed my specific instructions to call 10min before they got here to allow me to put my dog up. The inspector also used booties and gloves to keep from leaving any trace in my house. Very professional on all accounts. read more

I've rented a house in Manhattan Beach for 2 years under CWI's management and I have nothing but pleasant things to say about them. Eileen was my property manager and she has been very professional and customer service centric. Maintenance response was prompt and she ensured our concerns and needs were met on time and of high quality. Even after we moved out she went out of her way to ensure any residual tasks that I couldn't complete at the time she completed for me, which I truly appreciated. And the rent rates even when they went up, were very reasonable for the area. I highly recommend this rental property service if you're considering moving into the South Bay area. read more

Have lived in California for two years now. Just moved to El Segundo and really like our new place. It's managed by Eileen from CWI. Her customer service is top notch, she will go out of her way to help at anytime. She even drove out of her way to let me in after I had locked myself out. Most Mangers would have said get a lock smith! I would suggest this property to others for sure! They'd also fixed our garbage disposal, leaking pipes in the garage, and shower head! All in a very reasonable manner. Can't say enough. Great place! read more

WE HAVE FILED A SMALL CLAIMS SUIT AGAINST THEM... We lived on one of their properties for about seven months. Maintenance was good.....however..... the dumpster was closed like three days a week, the dumb waiter was locked more days then not and I had a hard time opening the dumpster door so when my husband wasn't home the trash stayed in the unit. It was loud and the manager was never there and when she was she did not manage....she was merely a rent taker. but, over all it was OK. ***** the real problem is when we moved out we gave thirty days notice, left it cleaner then when we moved in, should have received our deposit back. BIG BIG PROBLEM... they never sent us the deposit or an accounting of our deposit. I emailed the manager after the state regulated 21 days and she gave me a number to call, not the persons name or extension, left a message with no response. emailed again telling her that i needed to know what happened to my deposit and she replied that basically it is not her job (Even when I told her we would file in small claims court). We have now been forced to file a small claims suit against them. We filed for the full security deposit to be returned (once they pass the 21 days they lose the right to withhold any of the deposit) plus another twice the deposit (this is what the state law says we are entitled to since they did not comply with the 21 days). the bad thing is the manager knew we were managers of a complex, so she knows we know our rights. Makes me wonder how many people they have done this to and gotten away with it because people don't know the law. I don't care how much the deposit is (ours was 500).. they have no right to do that to people. Good luck!! read more

Was excited to rent one of their properties as it was in a great location and was the right amount of space for us. Unfortunately we were convinced otherwise due to bad experience with management. First of all, we called for two days straight and couldn't get a hold of them. Then, my fiance and I both went in individually just to ask questions and see if we could be flexible a bit with the move-in date. Woman was rude, condescending, unsympathetic and unwilling to work with us. Couldn't or wouldn't answer simple, direct questions about the property. We both left two separate conversations feeling insulted. I'm shocked she still has a job. If I ever saw an employee treat a customer the way we were treated, I would expect them to be fired. read more

Terrible Company with very bad business practices. My wife and I lived in an apartment in South Redondo beach for 3+ years. Cliff Warren Investments bought the building and notified us immediately they would be raising our rent by $800 a month. This forced us to move out but no big deal right? Well getting ahold of our point of contact Yolanda was a nightmare. She never responds to emails unless you threaten to call the BBB and even then she usually will call back in her terrible demeanor and be very rude. She only emails back if I ask her to most likely so I cant have something for my records. My wife and I spent 2 days cleaning the apartment after we moved out to it was in better condition then when we moved in. Even still they took $150 out of our deposit for a cleaning fee. After 4 months of trying to get ahold of Yolanda I finally threatened to call the BBB and I got a phone call right away. I asked why $150 was taken out of our security deposit and she said for cleaning. I asked what needed to be cleaned and she said the apartment. I asked for a specific list of deductions that the landlord must provide per the California rental laws and she asked if I cleaned the windows. I said yes we did and then she told me to do what I wanted to do and hung up the phone. She is not a nice person to deal with. If you don't believe my review or what I wrote feel free to go by the apartment building at: 1910 Camino De La Costa Redondo Beach, CA 90277 and ask the tenants for yourself. I am sure my rant above will be given full approval by almost all in the building. I have much more to put but I cant sit on the computer all day. My suggestion is just to go find another apartment. We contacted Yolanda The property supervisor for Cliff Warren investments regarding some minor property issues and found her to be extremely helpful and very attentive to our request. It is very reassuring to know that in this busy time we live in that there are still companies out there with people like Yolanda to help you and do it with a smile. My family and I have been living at the Spencer Terrace Apartments for a little over 4 years now. We have done everything the management asked of us, payed all our dues in time. This week, the company sent some painters to paint the GROUND of the entire apartment (walkways, patios, etc.), which is really uncomfortable for all of us tenants. Now, last year they did this and the workers were considerate enough to leave dry trails for the tenants to walk. This time, they blatantly painted the entire third floor, from walkways to patios, every inch to the elevator, stairways, and to our very own doorsteps. Sure, they left us a 48 hour notice that they'll be painting, as they do every time, BUT NOWHERE DID IT SAY THAT WE WOULD BE LOCKED IN OUR HOUSES. Just one sentence about that would have sufficed, and we would have adjusted our schedules accordingly. It doesn't stop there. The workers were rude. One worker yelled at my mom bc she had to walk across the wet paint to get to the elevator, and I witnessed firsthand him also yelling at this non-English speaking elderly, eventually even talking in a mocking tone. Yes, my mom got upset, and with her lacking English, she yelled in panic that she had to go pick up my 10-year old brother, who was waiting at his tutoring center by himself, without a phone! And he continued to yell at her, not letting her into the elevator (by now, we had already walked across the paint, which was already practically dry.) Then he made the effort to call this company, complaining about the "rude tenants," so the company called the management, who apparently got offended from her own boss because she came to our door to proceed to YELL and try to SCOLD my mom. We have been in the process of looking for a new HOUSE because we are and have been sick and tired of rude managers. Do NOT move in here! People are always moving out because of the rude and tyrannical management. She REFUSES to listen to anything you have to say. I played nice, I played manners, I played reasonable, I played passive aggressive, I also raised my own voice. Nothing works. NOTHING. I hope I never have to give a 1 star rating to another business/company again. read more

Every time I called a rude woman with a sarcastic tone would answer the phone and seemed to get more irritated when I tried to speak to my representative. THIS IS THE WORST MANAGEMENT COMPANY I HAVE EVER RENTED WITH. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE AND DOWNRIGHT NEGLECTFUL. STAY AWAY! We have complained multiple times about plumbing problems- their solution (for lack of a better word) is to fix a bleeding artery with a bandaid. We had a leak in the shower (i had to complain multiple times before any even came) 4 different men came, they all said different things but the consensus of most of which said "well, i don't see any active leak?" keep in mind that there was water dripping through the ceiling so there is obviously a leak somewhere- so their solution was to plaster the ceiling back up- well wouldn't you know- no big surprise- its starting to leak through again. THEN the pipe under the living room floor broke- 2 days before christmas- they sent people over to fix it, we had men in and out the entire christmas holiday with absolutely no word on how long they would be there. Every time we would leave the house and come home to something different during those few days- drapes, concrete/dirt holes in the floor with fans blowing- and all the while all we wanted was info on when they would be done- after all, it was CHRISTMAS AND WE HAD A NEW BABY. Rather than them being on top of things they made us feel like we were being "ridiculous." Well wouldn't you know its been 2 1/2 months and this morning i find the exact same spot on the floor is now soaked in water because the pipe has broken again. This time it has soaked through and destroyed our expensive rug- and I should mention in all this that they also just sent us a notice that they are raising our rent $150/month. They send maintenance men who have no clue what they're doing. Needless to say we are moving out in 2 weeks and I am counting down the days. If i could give them negative stars I would!! I leased a Hermosa Beach walk property from this group for the past 3 years, and they have been nothing short of spectacular to deal with. Eileen, who is the individual who interfaces with the tenants most often is fantastic. She is diligent, with impeccable follow up...and very pleasant to deal with. When little things arose (as they always will) these guys were on it asap and were always very sensitive to getting work done timely so as to minimize the impact it had on our family as tenants. They also made several improvements to the property that we requested, but that were probably classified as luxuries, and not necessities. This is a review for the management of 1910 Camino de la Costa, Redondo Beach owned by Mr Cliff Warren. They just bought the 11 unit building and have already poorly managed it and alienated the tenants. 3 of the renters have moved out and the units are still vacant. They don't give proper legal notice when doing things like shutting off the power, turning off the water, having maintenance crews on site, etc. The managers don't answer calls, they screen them. My wife called in to report a problem with the washing machine and had to leave a message. I called in the next day and asked if anyone reported the problem yet...I was told no. So along with mismanagement, they don't tell the truth. They literally have a "if you don't like it, move" attitude towards their tenants. I sent the owner who lives a few blocks away a personal letter to make sure he is aware of how his new investment is being handled. No response (though I didn't really expect one). Holy smokes, how do businesses stay afloat with a leasing agent like Yolanda at the helm. I called about a 2 bedroom in Redondo Beach that was on west side rentals. I live clear cross town so I called the number to get some basic information before I braved LA traffic. Leanne the 1st lady to answer the phone was pleasant enough and when she couldn't answer my questions she transferred me to the rudest human I've met in years. I asked two simple questions 1. Do you have any pics? And 2. Can you tell me a little about the place like sq ft. Etc? She said "I don't know, it's open, go take a look." I responded with "I live clear criss town and don't want to drive all the way out there if it's not what I'm looking for, you are the leasing agent and you don't know anything about the unit?". Yolanda the miserable responded with "if you are gonna be a smart ass then I don't want you renting it" and literally hung up on me. If you call yourself a leasing agent I think it's important to know something about what your representing. Moving on..... Your negativity is contagious please keep it away from me. read more

If i could give 0 stars i would. If this company buys your previous landlord's property, better pack your bags. The previous owners of the complex I used to live in were owned by a mom and pop. There was an actual relationship between the tenants and owners. They were pleasant to deal with and were on top of any and all repairs. This company bought the property (probably screwed the old man and old lady in the process) and gave us a 60-day notice that the rent was going up 200$. CWI had every right to do that, cuz hell its their property right? unless you have a single shred of morality in your brain. They didn't put a single drop of paint on the building so basically 200$ more for the same space, counters, carpet, complex, etc. Also, good luck trying to get ahold of anyone in the office, or trying to get anything repaired. You call the emergency repair line (we had a Major gas leak that was caused by CWI's landscapers) and this is what you hear "what, do you want me to FLY over there? I'm too far away so it'll have to wait til tomorrow". That's what the dude told my wife. Are you serious? Oh and get this, they later said "if you (current tenants) stay with us we'll give you a 100$ grocery store gift card" what a slap in the face, cuz yeah that's really going to help with the extra 200$ I owe you every month. 8 out of the 10 tenants who were living there during the CWI takeover have given their 30 day notice or already moved out, like we did.
