This time around, my property insurer sent me a letter saying they no longer "offer this product," and so my property insurance policy would no longer be renewed. I've an old house, 1923-24, and this has got to be the reason as there is nothing else going on with the property. Anyway, my stress level instantly rose but Michael Milligan assured me that he could get me a policy with the same company who covers my auto. I was anxious the whole time I had to wait, but Michael came through, and even though my insurance is slightly more than before, at least I'm insured (and with more coverage). I have been with Bichlmeier Insurance for a few years now. I had been trying to get insurance for my rental property and was finding it difficult to find coverage. Eventually I found this insurance company and they were able to find me affordable coverage. This year, I received a non-renewal notice from my main provider. I spoke with Rosa Rodriguez from Bichlmeier and she gave me suggestions to improve my case. I made some repairs and then submitted my information to her. By the next day she had spoken to my insurance provider and was able to get my non-renewal notice lifted and I was informed that I would be able to continue with the insurance provider.
