Since my old policy's company stopped offering homeowner's insurance in CA,, I was looking again (and a Little paniced) until Michael Milligan took over and got me a great rate on homowner's AND reduced my car insurance policy costs too. Michael was patient, concerned, knowledgable and confident. He explained everything to me and even, above and beyond his duties, helped me obtain the documentation I needed. We were referred when we moved to town in 2016. They've been helpful. Sylvie is responsive too. Now we have teen drivers and earthquake policy quotes. We always get good counsel and information. When we see quotes that are lower elsewhere we bring them to Sylvie and she helps spot the inconsistency and poor coverage. You should call them. I have been with Bichlmeier Insurance for a few years now. I had been trying to get insurance for my rental property and was finding it difficult to find coverage. Eventually I found this insurance company and they were able to find me affordable coverage. This year, I received a non-renewal notice from my main provider. I spoke with Rosa Rodriguez from Bichlmeier and she gave me suggestions to improve my case. I made some repairs and then submitted my information to her. By the next day she had spoken to my insurance provider and was able to get my non-renewal notice lifted and I was informed that I would be able to continue with the insurance provider. I am pleased that she made the effort to help me get reinstated and was able to communicate to the other insurance company on my behalf to resolve this situation. read more
