Extremely happy with the service, quality, workmanship and skill the pool was installed with. We interviewed four pool companies before hiring Big Time Pools. The owner, Zach Stivers was the most honest and sincere contractor we've ever met. Everything he promised was delivered and more. There were no delays, we were not pushed to the side for them to work on other projects, they worked diligently until our project was complete.

By the end of the first year, cracks had already started to appear. When I brought it up, I was brushed off and told to "wait and see" if they got worse. Then came the spalling. Now, the concrete looks rotten, with the top layer peeling off everywhere. I have tried multiple times to get in touch with him -- not even asking him to fix it for free -- just asking him to come take a look and see what we could do. Nothing. No calls, no texts, no response. I also have a huge crack running across the porch, and it was poured off-center by nearly 12 inches. Absolutely unprofessional. This is not character. This is not integrity. I recommended him to others because I truly thought he had both. Unfortunately, I was wrong. He still won't even return a call or a text to help make this right in any way. And before anyone says, "just another angry customer," I've attached real pictures as proof. The concrete was obviously poured way too wet. To be fair, the first winter wasn't terrible. But the last three have absolutely destroyed it. Use extreme caution before trusting your project to him.
