His remedy was to have us buy a tube of grout and do the threshold ourselves. WTF?! Avoid!

I took those two out, put up new sheet rock and put in some Italian tile with some glass tile accents. I also included a "niche" so the shower now has a spot for shampoo, conditioner, etc. My tile cost $69.00. The niche? A formed piece of plastic? $75. This outlet center always has changing stock so what you see, you may not find again but if you have any ounce of creativity, you can create something. If you don't, the lady who has been there forever is so dang helpful! This last purchase was to put in a tile accent over a new stove we bought. Now the prices aren't like they were with that shower install but we still got a great deal for that small area. $30 I think? A great deal with tile that I don't see at your usual box store.
