    The crew that mowed my lawn (sometimes down to the dirt in places) regularly left the gate open…read moredespite many complaints. The second complaint about the gate was met with 'that's a firable offense' and the same crew member left the gate open a third time. I also asked that the crew who had been coming and leaving the gates open never come again because of the repeated gate problems, trampling my flower bed, and in one instance, weed whacking a flower out of my flower bed. They were the same crew that came the next round, and as it would turn out, would leave the gate open when they left. I had asked them to perform some services they told me were included in the beginning stages, but it took over a month to get them to come out to perform them. There were some services they said were covered, but in the end, they wanted to charge me extra for them, which is ridiculous. I eventually gave up on the shrub trimming, in the end. All the concerns were met with slow moving action, or no action at all. I often had to call back to get them moving, waiting days or sometimes weeks for their call back. My lawn does not look good, my dog has escaped through the open gate once, I am missing flowers, and my shrubs are overgrown. There were some positives from my very brief experience. Their pest/fertilizer/weed control was great. I had no ants, mosquitos and the weeds were starting to finally die out and be overtaken by the bermuda. I'm going to miss having that crew come out. The first mow service was prompt and professional, but I never saw that crew again. I did get a call from the CEO after I complained for the last time and cancelled. He did try to understand the issues and took my complaints seriously. He mentioned that this wasn't the normal experience. I just wish I would have got the normal experience :-( I think that if they shore up their customer service and communication timeliness I could give them a try again. I would probably rate a bit higher and give them the benefit of the doubt, but the repeating gate problem and my dog getting loose because of it is pretty hard to excuse.
