Jacob did a great job on cutting a new key fob for us. He called to let us know when he would be there in 20 minutes. He was very friendly and showed me a couple of cool tips with key fob to roll down windows and how to start car if battery was low. He was in an out in 20 minutes and new fob works great. JJ locksmith was amazing!!!! First, they were on-time and called in advance (as promised) and took all precautions in these trying times. The greatest service was that they can do BMW keys which ive been told only dealers can do which means you have to pay their ridiculous price and plus towing to get the car to the dealership which is another $100. JJ's was mobile and fashioned out a key in 20min at a much lower price. I called them from the internet and didnt know a thing about them but they didn't disappoint!!
