I was told the cleanup could not be completed because of rain, yet the company still came out and mowed the lawn on two separate occasions. Unfortunately, I was not aware that the lawn had been mowed twice, which led to confusion regarding billing. I paid the first invoice, but I did not realize a second invoice had been generated until later. The biggest issue was communication. Updates were either very limited or non-existent, making it difficult to know what services were being performed, when they were being performed, or why scheduled work was being canceled. Clear and timely communication could have prevented much of the confusion and frustration. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company for customers who expect reliable scheduling and consistent communication.

We gave him over 14 THOUSAND in deposits for french drain and astroturf.i guess that's chump change to him and gets you put on the back burner? First deposit was Jan 31st, 2023 for the drain. still after 5.5 months nothing had happened. Getting alarmed, i asked where was the astroturf, since its not here in my yard. He said it had come in and was at SiteOne in Bixby, and even gave me the address!I went there twice, and verified there was no turf,nor was any waiting to arrive .JUNE 1st i asked for receipts for all materials he had purchased so far.Of course,none transpired. after waiting 5.5 months, we finally asked for our deposit $ back. which we got. At the final meeting, he had the audacity to ask for over 1K for blah blah. Of course we said "NO, there's nothing in the contract about that and doesn't he know whats in his own contract?" Then, he actually said this, "dont u think i deseve it for all the work i did?" Stupidly we read and trusted google reviews. I'm old enough to kown its a red flag when a company cant provide real life references. As i think back noiw, maybe he needed the 14thousand $$ to get by for 5 months and never really was going to do anything. Lesson learned??? Ask for old fashioned references and CHECK THEM!!!

This time hubby and I were on a mission: find Lantana for the huge pots around the pool. They had tables of Lantana! Baby plants, just right for planting. Fantastic selection of colors. Happily, we walked out with several flats. I didn't have time to shop although I was constantly distracted by the various offerings; kitchen stuff, home decor, clothing, seasonal, etc. Normally we walk out with more than plants.

I contacted Josh to install some permanent Govee holiday lights. He stayed in contact with me…read moretelling me of his arrival time and he was prompt. He started early installing the lights and mentioned some ideas on hiding the power brick in the attic and running the power wires out the soffit. It was a great idea. Josh is a very motivated young man who takes a tremendous amount of pride in his work. He ran into several obstacles installing the lights on peaks and roof jumps and was totally open to alternative wiring runs to make the install look cleaner. Josh is a perfectionist, which is refreshing for a person of his age. Josh worked about 10 hours installing our lights and making sure the installation met our expectations. I can tell you that his professionalism and work ethic exceeded our expectations. He wouldn't leave until we made sure we were happy with the install. I would highly recommend Josh (JPA) for any work that you may need completed. His price is more than fair and I've already recommended him to a couple of our neighbors.

The crew that mowed my lawn (sometimes down to the dirt in places) regularly left the gate open…read moredespite many complaints. The second complaint about the gate was met with 'that's a firable offense' and the same crew member left the gate open a third time. I also asked that the crew who had been coming and leaving the gates open never come again because of the repeated gate problems, trampling my flower bed, and in one instance, weed whacking a flower out of my flower bed. They were the same crew that came the next round, and as it would turn out, would leave the gate open when they left. I had asked them to perform some services they told me were included in the beginning stages, but it took over a month to get them to come out to perform them. There were some services they said were covered, but in the end, they wanted to charge me extra for them, which is ridiculous. I eventually gave up on the shrub trimming, in the end. All the concerns were met with slow moving action, or no action at all. I often had to call back to get them moving, waiting days or sometimes weeks for their call back. My lawn does not look good, my dog has escaped through the open gate once, I am missing flowers, and my shrubs are overgrown. There were some positives from my very brief experience. Their pest/fertilizer/weed control was great. I had no ants, mosquitos and the weeds were starting to finally die out and be overtaken by the bermuda. I'm going to miss having that crew come out. The first mow service was prompt and professional, but I never saw that crew again. I did get a call from the CEO after I complained for the last time and cancelled. He did try to understand the issues and took my complaints seriously. He mentioned that this wasn't the normal experience. I just wish I would have got the normal experience :-( I think that if they shore up their customer service and communication timeliness I could give them a try again. I would probably rate a bit higher and give them the benefit of the doubt, but the repeating gate problem and my dog getting loose because of it is pretty hard to excuse.
