These are some fine folks and put on a very pleasant auction. They even open the auction with a prayer, which was a nice touch. It being New Years Day, they also handed out Black-eyed Peas and did other customer appreciation things like handing out gifts. Clay is an excellent auctioneer and keeps things lively and entertaining. In the day where a lot of auctions are moving strictly online this was a refreshing find!

Even after being informed about the above misrepresentation and lack of professionalism they take zero actions that deliver improved results and appear to have zero accountability. They love to reply with cut and paste responses. Their management admitted that they rarely look at trouble tickets submitted as they outsource their replies. easy to see because you get replies at midnight or later. Rarely during normal Texas business hours. If you love wasting time and money bidding and picking up items that don't resemble the item described or pictured then the Dallas and Denton locations will be your best friends. otherwise run away far and fast!! I've included just a couple of pics below of helmet listed as orange $101 helmet and actual helmet was red and a $45 helmet. a wax warmer that was listed as new no damage. Hell even Stevie Wonder could have run his fingers across that and known it was damaged and he's blind. Selling expired medication first aid kits 20+ times even after being notified 10+ times. Listing and relisting cheapo $8.99 set of three reading glasses for $999 even after being notified three times. Do not believe a word they say respond to or post. Zero professionalism. Zero integrity.

Everything was laid out in a contract, so there were no unanswered questions about the process. Brent was very respectful of my property and kept me informed as things moved along. For the record, I did not have any guns or gold and still had good results. I could have hosted my own estate sale but saved myself the headache and hassle by placing everything in the hands of Central Treasures.
