Alex came out the same day I called to fix my AC. Evidently, 3 anoles decided to have a party on my condenser... He had the needed replacement in his vehicle and fixed it immediately. His billing is done on an iPad and you can pay by credit card. He even told me to give the unit a few days before I paid to make sure it was working properly! I would absolutely hire him again. My A/C went out in the hottest part of the summer and Alex came over quickly (he called me becuase he had a cancellation) and got it running very quickly. Alex is obviously very knowledgeable about HVAC system and he walked me through the whole process. He has able to use the diagnostics from my thermostat to pin down one of two problems and remedy them. He even had the inexpensive part I needed on his truck. On top of the great service, Alex is very friendly and relaxed. He gave me a plan for maintaining my system to keep in top running condition. Alex also gave me his thoughts on the longevity of my system (great!) and that I have enough A/C even for the worst days here. Lying on a public review platform is simply unacceptable. Keep in mind, I had left work and lost a lot of productivity for these missed appointments. The first day my appointment was for 12pm and the guy over text asked to push it back to 2pm. I had a meeting for work later that day, and declined his request for rescheduling and made the appointment the next day at 3pm. The next day, after the appointment time had passed, he tried pushing it back to 4:30 pm, and I confirmed it was ok with me. At 4:30, he called and said it would be another 30-45 minutes to reach my house. I was not expecting this delay, so when he offered to reschedule, I accepted. We rescheduled to 4pm the next day. The next day, a hole was put in the top of my car, and I wanted it looked at by professionals ASAP so the car didn't mold inside. He asked to reschedule to 3pm the next day, to which I accepted. The final day came, and I had originally asked to reschedule since work was busy but I managed to put off some work items so I could make the appointment. So, I texted back and said never mind, the appointment time was still good, to no response at all. At 2:45, I texted to confirm if the appointment time still worked. No response. At 3:13 pm I called, no answer. At 3:30 pm I called again, once again, no answer. The guy only reached back out to me today (this event occurred last Friday and it is now the next Thursday) to ask me to remove my negative review. No mention or apology for the missed appointment whatsoever. Please do not waste your time with this business. read more
