On Valentine's Day, I got bad news, my toilet was backing up into my tub. I called several plumbers to assist me and found their prices to be way too high. Then I got lucky, I called Brandon at B&B and explained that his schedule was booked for the day, but he would be at my home the first thing in the morning on the 15th, about 7 a.m. I got a text from Brandon I'm on my way. 30 minutes later he arrived I explained the situation to him and after a visual inspection of my problem, he and Rick got to work. They pulled the toilet and ran a camera to identify the problem. Once the initial visual inspection was completed he gave me a quote, I was floored, "talk about a fair and honest price" to fix this issue. I agreed since the price was slightly above what most plumbers charge for just showing up much less using their camera. He and Rick begin to work, they run a snake in two locations starting with the master bedroom bathroom. Success was limited from that access point, so without hesitation, he got his ladder and got on the roof. Remember this is the point where other plumbers begin to increase their price, not Brandon. After running approximately 75' of snake in one location he located the drain on my roof, I have an older home, and he began to snake the drain again, after about 3 separate attempts he was able to dislodge the items causing the problem. Man it was a mess, after the drain was clear instead of saying that was it, he and his team ran the snake 3 additional times to ensure that the drain was cleared out. I was amazed at his professionalism, timing, kindness, and most importantly, honesty when I was in a vulnerable situation. Brandon and Rick took an unhealthy, unsanitary situation and handled it with kindness. They removed and replaced the toilet, and they even attempted to clean my tub. I thanked them and off they went after charging me a fraction of what I would have paid for another company to do the same task. Folks, I have officially locked B&B Plumbing into my phone for any additional plumbing situation I may have in the future, I strongly suggest you give them a try. Today, my husband was weed-eating in our backyard. He accidentally hit a pipe that is connected to our pump house leaving us with absolutely no water/water pressure. Brandon has done countless jobs for me before, all with no problems whatsoever, so I told my husband to contact him. Brandon replied quickly and was at my house within 2 hours ... on a SUNDAY. I was for sure expecting to wait until Monday morning at the earliest to hear back from him. But, Brandon came out and fixed the cracked pipe and even made sure I had water pressure before he left. He is amazing, has great work ethic, and you can tell he takes pride in his work. And I feel that his price for the job ... again... on a SUNDAY .... was extremely reasonable. My A/C Monday night went out and A/C repair came out & said the transformer cut off the A/C because drainage pipe line was completely clogged and that I needed to call a plumber to come clean it out of blocked sludge. Found B&B plumbing on internet and because of all the good reviews I called Brandon at B&B at 7:15 am and in about an hour was here to see about the problem. Brandon was very nice and caring with reasonable price for what time it took to fix problem and clean out pipe. Also took time to explain the problem and how it happens.
