You would think they would try to make it up sooner so their customer wouldn't have to buy bottled water for the staff in the heat of summer! Cancelled the account and scheduled for them to pick up the bottles and water cooler. Instead of picking them up, they tried to deliver 9 bottles but we turned them away. Delivery driver didn't know that we cancelled the service. Unorganized, lack of communication, and no sense of urgency for customer satisfaction.

She explained what we needed to do and how we could make our payments online. She did a great job of explaining all of this to us and we have had no issues with our water or paying our bill on line.

The rep cannot tell you even a window of time of when they'll be there. I have cancelled this awful service. Furthermore, the water is full of microplastics, even the ones in the glass bottles, as it's pumped out using PVC plastic pipes and equipment so you're no better off than drinking water from the big plastic bottles.
