They said they would not be able to start the project for about 3 months and I said that would be perfect timing; I only needed an estimate within a week. I told them I would be cancelling my original estimate since they came over so quickly, so I would really need their estimate. I have called them over half a dozen times and left messages with no response. Since there have been issues with phone service for the past 3 weeks, understandably there was a good possibility that they never even received my messages. Today, three weeks later, I again called the main number and texted the man who did the estimate. When I still received no answer, I called their emergency line explaining that although this is not an emergency, I thought that maybe they did not receive my previous messages and could she please relay the message. I went so far as to say that I know this is not an emergency as I am a RN and it's not life or death, but again, no one has returned a call or message in 3 weeks so perhaps they did not receive my previous messages. That said, I received a very nasty text from them saying that it was very offensive to them to inquire on their "emergency line" (the only line where someone answers the phone) that I expect a phone call back after 3 weeks of them doing the initial estimate and how "Christian" they are! So let me respond from the Bible, Proverbs 15:1: "A soft answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger." Christian IS as Christian DOES. I would not recommend this company.

Poor communication, over-promising and not following through with work and remediation. Everyone…read morewas polite but they straight up lied about the work they could/would do. Had a pipe freeze and burst in our basement and came home from work to find water pouring out the wall. Called them in a panic and the dispatcher helped me get the water shut off in the house. They got a plumber out about 45 minutes later who fixed the pipe and got the water back on (for $400+ out of my pocket) and told me that they would take care of fixing the wall and all the remediation for the water on the floor. The remediation guy showed up later that night but told me he couldn't start working until the next day because his partner had decided to go hunting and had to clean up a deer carcass. They came back the next day and got all the water removed and determined we did not need to tear up the floor. A week goes by and we still have a massive hole in our wall. The dry wall guy comes a week later and tells us he can't/wont replace the insulation after we were told multiple times they would. He patches up the wall, doing a very mediocre job, there is still a small hole in the wall, leaves without saying anything to us, we expect him to return today and upon calling them they tell us the job is done and that we need someone else to finish it. This is after being told, by multiple people, multiple times that they would return the room to the condition it was before the incident. Wish I had gone with someone else, would not recommend.

I purchased a house in July of 2020. It was supposed to be brought up to code... What ever that…read morereally means remains a mystery. My very first night as I washed the laundry I brought with me (grateful to have an in house laundry room) as the water drained the toilet and bathtub gurgled up water. I called the contractor immediately and was told "Welcome to homeownership!" I was livid! They sent out maintenance type men and a rotor type company to no resolution. No actual plumber has been sent still. The toilet gurgles on! Then a month after I moved in I woke to the sound of rushing water. It was coming from inside the wall behind to bathtub. I shut the water off at the "on demand hot water heater" and called the contractor again. He sent a nice guy who cut a hole in the wall to find a pipe connector had slipped off. He repaired it and fixed the drywall but left it unpainted. Still trying to be grateful I have a place to live with my cat and dog. The crawlspace got a lot if the money allotted for this property due to flooding. Heavy plastic liners and vent fans were installed along with a fancy door to access the space. The fans run constantly proving water is ever present. Another expensive repair was to the outside storage building getting a new roof, shingles and gutters on to flood everyone it rains heavily! I can't store a thing it it except the lawn mover! The ODHWH mentioned already takes 7, yes, SEVEN minutes of running water to get it hot ! I cringe at the wasted water! Recently I had pneumonia. Because I feel so much better when I am away from the house my doctor suggested we test for mold. All the rooms have BLACK MOLD! (Aspergillus Niger) Please understand I am disabled by multiple musculoskeletal, connective tissue syndromes caused by both autoimmune and genetic origins. I have take two injections a month to keep my immune system in check. Now what do I do about this mold problem?!
