This was, without a doubt, one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had with a so-called "professional." From the start, Patrick had an awful attitude. When I called to ask about service, he acted like I was bothering him. He was short, dismissive, and downright rude. He made no effort to be helpful. At that point, I knew I would never give him my business. I found another plumber who was professional, respectful, and charged a fair rate--something Patrick is clearly incapable of doing. If you're considering hiring Patrick at Affordable Plumbers, DON'T. He is rude and Unprofessional. Everyone always arrived on-time and was extremely professional and polite. Not only did Alberto quickly respond to my many questions, but he and his team left my basement A LOT cleaner than they found it. Most importantly, he leveled our basement that had sunk as much as 1 3/8 inch to within 1/4 inch (it's important to note that our basement is 55 feet long). As a side note: 1/4 inch isn't noticeable over a 20 foot span, so 1/4 inch over 55 feet is amazing. Our basement is flat as a pancake. Majestic was also competitively priced and about 3 times more affordable than replacing the concrete.
