Stay away! These people are liars and dishonest. We used their service for our I-485 in February 2025 because they were on the USCIS Civil Surgeon list. They offered us cash payment at a lower price than with a card. We trusted them because USCIS approved them in February 2025. This month, during our interview with the USCIS officer, we were unpleasantly surprised to learn that our application had been suspended because our medical report was invalid. This clinic does not comply with the rules and is no longer approved by USCIS due to fraud. We never met the clinic doctor, even though he certified on the Form I-693 that he examined us. We had to redo our I-693 with a different clinic. So we paid again, and we lost both time and money because of their dishonesty. Today we visited them to request a refund because they are accountable for this fraud.  First, they offered to redo our I-693 through another clinic they work with.  They are still committing fraud because they still offer the Immigration Exams on their website. Very interesting information that I will share with USCIS. We showed them the USCIS letter stating they did not follow the rules, which is why our medical file was denied. But for them, the USCIS is lying; they did a good job... They told us they were no longer on the civil surgeon list, not because they were doing bad work (I remain polite) or committing fraud, but because they had handled too many cases and USCIS preferred they stop...  (The bigger, the better; they're not afraid of anything.) Another lie from them: they claimed they were no longer approved by USCIS since October 2025, which is false, as it was, at least, before August 2025. I found a negative patient review on 08/14/2025 regarding this subject.  Fortunately, lies don't suffocate them. We requested a refund from them, but it's not possible because our file is over 6 months old! As if their service was guaranteed like at a garage... How to request a refund within 6 months when you know the deadlines for USCIS to process green card application files. Another proof of their dishonesty, as they know it is impossible. In the end, we didn't get a refund, but we saw, in person, through all their lies and dishonesty. No wonder USCIS kicked them out. If you need a civil surgeon for your MMIGRATION EXAMS, go to Naples Clinic, on Radio Rd. Very professional. You will be examined by a doctor. This practice advertises that they offer the service. They collected payment in advance. On the day that my wife was meant to pick up the paperwork, they told her that the facility is no longer authorized to deliver the service any longer. To cover themselves, they offered my wife cash (much less than what she paid) and a referral to an authorized physician. When my wife went to that referred physician, she was told that this situation has been happening for about a year and that she is not the first or last victim. These people are scamming and taking advantage of needy immigrants. False advertising. Probably in cohort with the lawyers that are referring people to the practice. The receptionist is insensitive, unprofessional. She gives the impression that she doesn't want to be there. The tone in her voice is rude, condescend - Dismisses your questions and seems like she enjoys saying no cant help you. So sad for the seniors who need to be there. Horrible rude people, especially if you are an English speaking person, the doctor never calls back when you need a referral, in fact he's never in office when we had an appointment...just rude and an awful experience and will never go back again(with the exception of a couple nice nurses) dr was dr paisan. I have never seen such awful service from any clinic. This place has truly horrible service, the receptionists are unprofessional, the service is mediocre at best. Based on others' reviews this is not a rare occurrence. I called them to get a receipt after a recent visit and was told no and hung up on. I made this yelp account solely to leave a review on this clinic based off how terrible my visits have gone each time. None of the receptionists wore any face coverings- even though google says it requires all staff to. NEVER visit this clinic if you are serious about your health and wellbeing- since neither of them matter to this clinic. This place ought to be shut down. read more

This is one of the worst clinics ever. Customer service is terrible, ladies at the reception have a bad attitude, came to my appointment and just to find out the doctor wasn't coming in til later, I did not received a phone call or voicemail and I received the text message confirming my appointment. I have a job and took half day off to come for nothing. read more
