BreezeMed (BzM) is beyond great. I winter in Naples/Lely Resort and this and last several years I have needed urgent care. I have previously gone to one repeatedly (near me) and been DISAPPOINTED!! I would not only like to rate BzM, but also (in parenthesis compare other to BzM). Starts with distance to care - about 4-5 miles to BzM (other - 1.1miles); when you walk in - receptionist was smiling and friendly (other - receptionist grumpy and rude); seating area nice (other - older furniture) and filled with pleasant people (other - frustrated people waiting LONG times); short wait - about 15 minutes (other - over 2 hours!); nurse very professional and pleasant (other - overworked); doctor - professional, focused, polite, knowledgeable (other - overworked); care - EXCELLENT! (other - adequate). NOTE: in office doctor suggested I try a few steps at home and not the procedure I wanted - he suggested I try it for a couple days and see if we could heal it without "risky" procedure - NEXT DAY (ON IS DAY OFF!!!) HE CALLED ME TO CHECK PROGRESS AND CONFIRMED HE WOULD DO PROCEDURE THE NEXT DAY IF I DIDN'T CONTINUE MY IMPORVEMENT - he was right - did not need procedure - his recommended home treatment worked. SERIOUSLY, he called on his day off and recommended a path that did NOT require additional expenditure on my part. Thank you Dr. Conti!! read more

Let me start off by saying what a comfort and relief to know I have such excellent medical care basically in my own backyard. Breeze MD located next to Fiddlers Creek was wonderful from start to finish!!! I was greeted by a pleasant and friendly receptionist who took my insurance info followed by Maggie the medical assistant who not only took my medical history and necessary readings she provided comfort and understanding when I explained how I was feeling. Then i was greeted by Dr. Conti who greeted me warmly and exhibited the best bed side manner I have ever experienced. He was professional, beyond knowledgeable, a great listener and a phenomenal physician. I was so impressed as a new transplant to Florida from New York i have decided to use Dr. Conti as my primary care physician going forward for all my medical needs and those of my family. Urgent care Marco island Sandpiper Lane I took my husband here after driving down from Boston. We went to urgent care(MGH) & he was diagnosed with flu. He had bad cough temp and I was really concerned. MGH did not do much for him besides test for Flu.The care he received at Breezemed was phenomenal! He was treated aggressively and given everything he needed to help him breathe. They did a chest xray also. The NP(don't know her name) was fabulous. I also met Dr Conti & complimented him on his VERY PROFESSIONAL, KNOWLEDGEABLE, & caring staff. From the front desk to the medical staff everyone was great! This is my second visit to BreezeMed Urgent care and I will not go to any other Urgent Care. I walked in the door and was greeted by Erika with a smile and a big hello and asked how she could help me. I told her, and I was immediately seen by Kristen who welcomed me with a big smile as well. Visited the Clinic on Friday 02/06/2026. Facility was extremely clean, well-organized, Staff was quick and efficient. I was in and out in under (30) minutes, treated, prescription given no issues by Dr. Roberts. Later when there were problems at the Pharmacy in filling my prescriptions I called back. Debbie took my call, offered me multiple solutions and then contacted me back with the issue corrected all in the same day. This is the best urgent care facility that I have encountered. No wait time, either time that I went. Immediate diagnosis and prescription. I developed pneumonia and within 2 weeks they had me clear and back to my life. The main doctor even does a personal call as follow up. I've had a rough year as far as my health goes and I've been to several out patient facilities and none even come close to the professional and personal care that this center offers. read more
