I went to this Any Lab Test Now location recently and I must say, this place ROCKS!! Not only did…read morethe young lady who works the front desk take my information and payment for my testing, but she also did my bloodwork and got me on the FIRST try! This is the first time that anyone has ever achieved that! She was extremely nice and helpful, she went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything. I would recommend this place to anyone needing blood work and wants the best experience. I will never go anywhere else again!

The over all experience is this company LIES to you! From the moment they take your credit card…read moreinformation up to the customer service call center. I was told that a card need to be put on file just incase to cover additional payments, okay cool. The receptionist stated that Labcorp will call you before they pull the payment and tell me the balance due ( this is when I signed the patient agreement form). Well that DID NOT HAPPEN! I woke up to money being withdrawn from my account and I was not informed in any way shape or form, money that I was supposed to pay bills with mind you. I call customer service to let them know what happened and they kept telling me about the patient agreement form that I signed I reiterated to them multiple times what the receptionist at Labcorp, their representative told me and that I needed that money to pay bills. My call was escalated to a supervisor, supervisor stated on a recorded line that funds would be put back in my account. Never received funds but this company had the audacity to send me a letter in the mail about the patient agreement form. I'm taking this to corporate so whoever that supervisor was hope she got a rainy day savings!! Will NOT do business with this company again if I have to travel out of my city to get lab testing so be it.
