The labcorp in by Dr west off ice is the only one I like I walk out with know hurt know pain and know bruises

Terrible management. The workers are picked and petty . 30 old year old women + acting like complete children. Everybody talk about everybody . Oh and don't trust nobody not even your manger or team lead because they talk about people and turn around and say you talked about them . It's really so much wrong with that place . Work you like a dog at that location! Don't go over there with high expectations whether it's going for job or a service . The phlebotomist rude and one's hygiene is not up to par . read more

This was by far the worst organization to go to for any type of lab work to be done. Over 34 years in the military and this ranks up there as to how I was treated. I made an appointment of a urinalysis on the LabCorp website. I received 3 confirmations, 2 texts and 1 email, ensuring I would be there. I arrived early and checked in on the phone, just as they said I could. When it came closer to my appointment, I walked inside and waited in line. The lady behind the glass, at the desk, had no clue as to what she was doing. She asked if I was here for a drug screen, which I replied yes. Smugly, she stated, we don't due that on Saturdays, you will need to come back on Monday. And then chose to ignore me after that. Worthless!!!! I drove 45 miles, round trip, in the pouring rain, only for this non-informed woman to tell me they can't take pee in a cup on Saturdays. What kind of organization is this? That is the simplest test there is!!!! They can draw blood, but not urine. Also, it is not stated anywhere on your site, or on your office building that urinalysis are not conducted on Saturday. This organization needs to relook at who they hire and the customer service they give and inform patients of the proper procedure so you do not waste my time and it is just as valuable as yours!!! read more

Great team, super friendly staff. They have a ton of patience, the older woman who is the receptionist is such a sweet lady.

Labcorp provides a lot of laboratory work such as employment physicals, drug testing and a whole host of various blood work. They are a National chain and there are several locations but the special thing about this location is that they are open for a few hours on Saturday. So, no more taking off work or using your lunch hour for routine bloodwork. The staff here is friendly and they do get you in and out of the lab fairly quick, but the wait to get in will vary and sometimes they do get pretty busy. If I used today's experience as an example, there were about 9 other people there when I arrived, but I was still in and out within 45 minutes. Enjoy! read more

Checkin was so easy!! It was clean and very nice. They use a computer system for self check in. Very fast and easy.
