By the time you wake up from a procedure, you're really drowsy, so you can't remember what was told to you. The staff doesn't communicate with your family member that picks you up, to let them know what has been done to you. Several times, I've been told that I was going to have a certain procedure done before I receive anesthesia, but when I get home & the anesthesia wears off, I read the paper given to me & it says that I had a completely different procedure done. When I call & ask which procedure was actually done to me, I get multiple answers from different staff members! That is not safe, incase something were to happen & the patient would end up having to go to the hospital & they wouldn't know what to tell the doctor as to exactly which procedure was done!! NOT good at all!! On a positive note, whichever procedure the doctor decides to do on me in order to help me feel better, is perfectly fine with me because if it doesn't help me feel completely better the first time, then they simply repeat the procedure a few weeks later until I feel much better & am not in anymore pain for a while.

Although very busy visit-flow-wise, the Doctor is personable, knowledgeable, and listens well. The assistants are also nice & competent. I haven't visited the Nurse Practitioner yet, but the Nurse assistants are OK. This is a convenient place to go for non-emergency medical care, exams, lab-work, vaccinations, etc. If needed, the Doc can hospitalize you at "Big Lourdes" over on Ambassador Caffery Pkwy. This is a lot better than the "Minor E.D.'s" or Doc-in-a-Box places. As an ex-Family Doc myself, I didn't know what to expect; but was so pleased that I stayed for all my routine medical care. Plenty parking in center lot, no shade. Don't mistakenly go to another practice a few doors down. Also read signs on doors; there are several doors, but only one is the entrance. Rick .

Our grandson who is a healthy 22 month old child with NO medical history was running a low grade…read morefever. Everything was normal, all of a sudden he is having a seizure on the kitchen floor, no warning signs just a low grade fever. My husband and I have never had this experience even after three kids, but knew we had to MOVE!! We live across the street from the clinic, we swooped him up and went 90 to nothing to the clinic. I literally RAN IN " I NEED HELP! " my child is unresponsive..... AND they took action, did everything they could to access his condition and make us feel ok cause we were very emotional at this point. The doctor was able to stabilize him, call ambulance and move us to the hospital taking all the stress off of us. We are blessed to have had the quick action from all their staff in this scary situation.

In 2015 I had a surgical procedure here and it went perfect and again in 2018, I am back for shoulder (rotator cuff) surgery for the second time. I had my right shoulder done about 8 years ago and now it's time for the left. Ugh. The good news is that the people here are friendly, helpful and caring and all of the doctors I have had are top notch at their profession. They make sure you know what to expect from the time you go to pre-op to recovery, which makes the stress level drop down a notch or two.
