The hygienist was super friendly and spoke French and English which was appreciated. Dr. Utovac was nice & clear in his comments. I sensed that the prices might be expensive but it is in a prime location and if you have insurance, it shouldn't matter too much. I booked a 2nd appointment six months from now and while I can't say I'm looking forward to it, so far, it is better than my previous dentist.

I had to file an investigation with the dentist college, better business and a dispute with transition and Equifax. They are not transparent; you need to ask and be clear on what is being done. He is the most gentle dentist and even a friend who had a huge fear of dentists now happily visits him regularly for cleanings and checkups. The offices are clean, staff are friendly from the walk in through to the assistants and hygienists, everyone you meet is gentle, kind, and extremely knowledgeable about their jobs. The equipment is excellent and Dr Song keeps up on technology - I've been seeing him for a few years now and the office is always updating to the best tools available. They do direct billing if you are covered by insurance and they always do the work that's needed, but nothing more. I can't praise Dr Song or his team and office highly enough. I hope to never have to find a new dentist again.

I am disabled, I was just taking a break from it to catch my breath. I was more than six feet away from everyone. The REST of the staff were nice and pleasant again so thank you.. It was just this one person who was helping with the glasses part... ‍ you're not doing your customers ANY favours having staff like that.

I found myself on ODSP and thought no dentist will take care of me. I had recently been very sick and was spending a lot of time getting teeth removed by a dental surgeon. Needless to say I was becoming slightly depressed and less hopeful. I was not smiling like I used to, plus I was becoming quite self conscious. I finally gave up fighting all these uncommon feelings by telling myself to quit acting so pitiful and get my behind in gear to find a proper dentist that was approved by ODSP. A friend of mine who knew that I was looking for a special dentist referred me to a place on Carling Ave. that, as she said, was not too far from you. I said to her that even if I had to go to the other side of the city I would find a way!! She told me the address, 2199 Carling Ave.and his name was Dr. P.V. Nguyen. Had a rough time pronounceing his name but when I met the man he was way more than what I expected!! Here I was, with my walker for spinal issues, standing in this new dentist's office which is very open & airy talking with a fascinating woman who said that I would be taken care of shortly. WOW!! I thought...so far so good! He offered me an incredible dental chair that when I sat in it I felt like it was like nothing I have ever felt before! Special to say the least! I even began to wonder if this cost extra! I couldn't believe my luck, he also gave me some of that old laughing gas(nitrous oxide). Well that was the first day of something special for me... going back to this dentist has become an easy chore every time I return. Thanks to the Woodroffe Dental Care Center I am now a regular at this Dentist!!

Dr. Saikaly ignored my concerns and instructed his assistant to scan my teeth for 6 more months of Invisalign. I asked the assistant why I need more treatments if my teeth were straight. She said "he's just being picky". I'm in my 40's. I don't need "perfect" teeth. Especially when my gums are at risk. Dr. Saikaly wanted my treatments to continue so he can charge me more. Now I have to spend more money on my teeth so my teeth don't fall out. I trusted Dr. Saikaly and I feel robbed.

His staff is also friendly and very professional. His dental assistant seemed able to read his mind as they worked on my big mouth. The ambiance of the office is conducive to relaxation.
