I've been coming here since 2012 n I really love how calming the atmosphere is. It really helps someone like me with terrible gingivitis. I wish my dental insurance was better tho...or that the staff would offer a fixed payment plan or something, but otherwise can't complain. I grinded my 2 front teeth down to lil nubs by running on the pavement back in 2012...and the work Dr. LaForte put in to fix those buggars was phenomenal. I can at least smile until we do a more permanent fix in a few years. Equally u should see how well he repaired, so far, 4 of my boyfriends front teeth (they used to be black and he fixed them to brand new white!) They really take the time to recommend a proper treatment plan and they are totally willing to let u decide what gets prioritized (my boyfriend needed teeth pulled but he really wanted a nice smile so they repaired the 4 front teeth first at his request). I trust these guys 100% and come here with my clients too.

After getting my x-rays done (it was my first time there) I had my teeth cleaned by Maria, who was courteous, fast, and very good. Afterwards, I had a session with one of the dentists there (I don't recall his name), who was very friendly. It took about 90mins all up, but the results were great.

I've received zero response to my two emails. In contrast, my husband received his two days after his appointment via email. The dentist recommend I go for fillings, but without those x ray's that I already paid for, I will have to pay again and expose myself to additional radiation. If you want to have a competent administrative staff to work with, I do not recommend this office.

Have since been followed regularly at another dental clinic (Galerie Dentaire) since 2019 and no such procedure has ever been recommended! I will give credit to Dr Cohen, who was very pleasant and cordial, but Dr Myrna Naman is frankly snobbish and very unpleasant to interact with. Very expensive too. Avoid.

Went for a check up and cleaning first, there was no wait at my booked time and the atmosphere is comfortable. They were really thorough with the cleaning and made sure my teeth were a-ok. They also offered a free whitening treatment, which is worth $450! They start off making a mould of your teeth, which they make a personalized tray with. Then they give you the product that you whiten your teeth with. Currently in the process but I'm hoping for good results with that! Idk about other people but if you're a mcgill student you should 100% take this free opportunity.

I recommend that everything they charge to be reviewed. Although they will be rude and go check in the back office with a Farah about the right price to charge. The staff has no clue what they are doing. Finally, the issue was resolved after a number of meetings. The manager named Jean who might be the nicest person. But clearly had no clue what to do.

I went to Dr. Collins as a new resident of Montreal, and had no clue for what a great experience I was in for. I had previously gone to a dentist in Chicago and knew that I needed a crown on a tooth that had previously undergone a root canal. Dr. Collins is by far the best dentist I have ever gone to. He made sure to make me feel comfortable and was very aware of how anxious I was about the procedure. He talked to me about all my options, never pressured me and took the procedure at a slower pace that I could handle. His office is gorgeous, and has a panoramic view of Mt. Royal and the canal. It is located on the 9th floor of the Transat Tower which is across the street from Parc Jeanne Mance and Parc Mount Royal. What a view! Completely different than most dentist offices, which resemble dungeons more than anything else. He put on a movie for me to watch while he was doing the procedure, it definitely helped me take my mind off of everything and eased my anxiety. His assistant was super sweet and chatted with me before and after, making me feel comfortable and not worried. I'm sooooooo glad I somehow found Dr. Collins, he made the whole experience painless in every way.
