The event was a lot of fun. Steven & Jose were very good to work with. Would definitely do this again.

Unfortunately, that wasn't what happened. During my first race, I was running in third place when another driver repeatedly rammed me from behind. Instead of stopping the driver who was causing the problem, my kart was shut down, allowing me to fall to fourth place. I brushed it off and kept racing. On the next lap, it happened again. My kart was stopped a second time, and two more racers passed me. After that, my kart felt noticeably slower, even with the accelerator fully pressed. Whether that was intentional or part of the system, it certainly didn't feel like I was competing on equal footing anymore. What frustrated me most wasn't losing. I can handle losing. What I can't accept is paying to race while feeling like the race is being controlled instead of officiated fairly. If another driver is creating a safety issue by repeatedly ramming people from behind, address the driver causing the problem, not the person being hit. When I decided I didn't want to participate in my remaining races because I no longer felt the competition was fair, I requested a refund. I wasn't demanding anything unreasonable. I simply didn't want to continue paying for an experience I no longer enjoyed. I was immediately told the races were non-refundable, with no effort to understand my concerns or offer any reasonable solution. The manager came out, but the interaction only made things worse. The staff wasn't even polite , but and seemed very inexperienced in handling customer complaints. There was no attempt to de-escalate the situation, explain exactly why my kart was repeatedly shut down, or offer any form of customer service that would leave me feeling heard. Everything felt very rigid: "That's our policy," and that was the end of the conversation. I left feeling dismissed and disappointed. I came to spend quality time with my kids and enjoy some friendly competition. Instead, I left frustrated, because I spent a pretty penny for races I was no longer interested in doing. The facility itself is nice, but customer service matters just as much as the attractions. Until management learns how to handle legitimate customer concerns and applies race rules consistently, I can't recommend spending your money here. I'm not sure if it was the color of my skin or gender and I have NEVER made this kinda accusation, but the experience definitely felt targeted.

To our surprise, it was a house. It was so cool. It was cool (cold) when we were waiting. The stairs to go to the room were a little weird but it made it even more cool. The clues were amazing! We were so close and every time we asked for a clue, it was something we figured out but just didn't know how to do to get the next part we needed. I do like that they don't actually lock you in the room. If you need to leave for any reason, you actually can. We got as many clues as needed, and finished with 3 minutes to spare! It was extremely fun and we definitely want to go back!

Me and my boyfriend have been looking for an escape room for a while, and we finally found this…read moreone. It was located in a very sketchy area in what looked to be an old frat house. When you walk in, there is no direction on where to go. There is just a bunch of random rooms and a staircase. We walked around and almost left before a young girl asked us if we were there too do an escape room. She took us upstairs and there were multiple rooms. The room we did was the Sherlock Holmes themed one and one of the locks was busted so we spent about 20 minutes wasting our time on it. Two different girls had to come in and try to fix it, but they were not able to. It really messed us up because it was literally the first thing needed to start us off. They did give us like 10 minutes of extra time, but at that point we were already so confused that it didn't help. It was also 60 bucks for the two of us so I feel like it is very overpriced for junkie rooms and poor atmosphere:(

I had intended to rent an e-bike but they were concerned that my bike rack was not certified to carry the weight of the ebike. Our family…read morerecently booked a trolley ride to transport us to Spencer NC's train museum for the Polar Express experience. We loaded up our whole family of 13, including 5 toddlers and we had a BLAST! The Trolley has been beautifully restored and incredibly comfortable. The owner, Hal, made sure we had a smooth and fun ride, playing Christmas music and making sure we were all having a fun time. He spent time with the kids showing them how different parts of the trolley worked and let them ring the bell. The excitement of riding the trolley honestly was as much fun if not more fun than the actual train ride to follow. We had such a wonderful time that we hired them again to take our family through Tanglewood's festival of lights. I can't imagine us going through the light show in any other way. Hal made sure to point out all of the displays that he knew the kids would enjoy. He also knew a great deal about the history of Tanglewood and shared a ton of interesting facts about how the park has changed over the years. The memories create on both of these rides will be cherished by our entire family and so happy we made the decision to go with Triad Trolleys! If you are looking for a fun way of exploring the Triad area or simply for a fun night out, I cannot begin to recommend enough renting one of their trolleys for your adventure! We will be using their services again and again!
