Dakota came out and took care of the biggest issue and let me know what could be done about other things. He was beyond helpful and we talked about him returning to fix the rest. He also measured for a new thermal cover. However, the main office never followed through with a return visit or to finalize my order for a new cover. I didn't even get a response to the email followup request that I sent the day I received the invoice for the original visit.

They refused to test my water sample and started bringing in chemicals from my LAST sample. About $200 worth, on a cart. I was fine with that. But then a woman comes in and they test her sample right away. I asked why they tested hers and not mine, and the woman who claims to be the manager said its because I didnt buy anything. It didnt matter that I had a cart load there ready to buy. This is ridiculous. Evidently, they dont care about customers, and if you shop here, they will treat you the same.
