From our very first visit, Brad was the kind of person you hope to run into when making a big purchase: informative, friendly, zero pressure, and endlessly patient with all of our follow-up questions (and there were a lot of them). Eventually, we decided on the Hot Spring Limelight Flair, and Brad gave us a very fair price--then went above and beyond by agreeing to deliver and install it an hour away. Honestly, we felt like we were asking too much, but he didn't blink. When Brad, Doug, and Nathan arrived with the spa, we ended up enjoying their company just as much as the delivery itself. Doug had enough stories to keep us laughing through the entire install, Nathan jumped right in and kept things moving, and Brad stayed the steady, professional presence making sure everything was done right. Even when a little hiccup from our electrician made setup take longer than it should have, Brad stuck with us to make sure we knew exactly how to operate and maintain the spa. And later that same night, Brad even texted us a recommendation for a top-notch electrician--talk about service that goes the extra mile! And then there's Trina--the chemical balance wizard! Seriously, if your spa water ever looks like it's auditioning for a sci-fi movie, Trina will have it crystal clear before you can say "pH level." At the end of the day, not only did we get our dream saltwater spa, but we also felt like we made a few new friends along the way.
