Don't make a price complaint with ol Don at this company because he will fly off the handle and start accusing you of discrimination. I think hes been watching the wrong channels because he can't even ask questions to get his facts straight before he starts running his mouth and hollering discrimination. Sounds like some other folks I see running around this country. I would use Taylor again for anything but since she works for Don who don't know his butt from a hole in the ground I will have to find somebody else for my pool work. He completely disrespected me as a customer who he wants to pay almost 900 dollars. I'll pay it when Donny shows up to collect. You don't treat customers the way you did and expect me to just send you your over priced fee in the mail. Come collect your money Don. Quick addition to this review. After disrespecting and falsely accusing a customer of discrimination and the very first line of his answer being "I wish to no longer do business with you" Mr Don sent me a generic response and gave me 100 points for $5 worth of credit in store. If he doesn't want to do business with me how will I ever get my 5 dollars spent. You can take that off my bill sir. And again I wil not be sending any money to you after the way I was treated by you. If you want paid I want you personally to come to my house and collect it yourself. I've used them for several years with few issues. Nate has always cared for our pool. Recently, someone else took over (Mike, the owners brother I believe) and when he would leave, the pool was cloudy looking and I was billed for ALL of these additives that I never paid for before with Nate. My monthly bill doubled with Mike from what Nate used to charge. I WOULD NOT USE this pool company. I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS POOL COMPANY!! Look elsewhere. read more

I love this pool company !! I had someone building our pool and they took our money and other peoples money and left us and others in a big mess !! They didn't finish our pool and made a mess of what they did do but Conway and Gardens and Pools came to our rescue ! They were so busy and really didn't have the time to take on any more projects but they came to our rescue any way ! They not only care about people they take pride in what they do . Garett and Ben did an amazing job on our plumbing and were very professional and took pride in what they did ! Don the owner and his wife are such sweet people and their store manager is amazing I highly recommend this company . read more

I have lived all over the country and have owned pools in all of my homes. I did not build my current pool as it was there when I purchased the home. Conway pools didn't install it either. Like any pool, there are always "issues". But from day 1 Don "the owner" has taken care of me like he has been a friend for years. One night when we had terrible rain I was freaking out and he actually left his family and came to my place to make sure the pool was not in danger of being lost. There is no way I would ever consider another pool company in this area. The entire staff treats you like family and calls you by name when you come in the door.
