His laziness, miserliness, callousness, sadism, and duplicitousness are only eclipsed by what I found to be functionally incompetent management. His consistently supercilious bearing underscores this arrogant incompetence. In my experience, he has a habit of implementing arbitrary changes without warning tenants, leaving them to deal with the resulting inconvenience, confusion, and expense.
