I've been met with vague responses, missed timelines, and long stretches of silence. Once the immediate leak was stopped, management effectively disappeared. Jordan Platt, one of their managers, was handed his position by way of nepotism from my understanding and as always with nepo babies you get the worst possible blend of entitlement and ineffectiveness. His laziness, miserliness, callousness, sadism, and duplicitousness are only eclipsed by what I found to be functionally incompetent management. His consistently supercilious bearing underscores this arrogant incompetence. In my experience, he has a habit of implementing arbitrary changes without warning tenants, leaving them to deal with the resulting inconvenience, confusion, and expense. If you're thinking about moving into a building managed by Jordan Platt it is my opinion that you look elsewhere. Save yourself the trouble of having to deal with this nepo nightmare.
