They did admit it was a disastrous attempt and agreed to try again (after I spoke to the boss, who did not apologize but agreed to no extra charge). Then they tried again, running the hoses through the crawl space. They added miles of hose from the kitchen sink instead of just tapping into a water pipe nearby - unnecessary - and ended up drilling a hole in the floor to bring the pipe up next to the refrigerator instead of behind it, so it is visible. However at that point I had had enough so just let it go. BUT I recently went under the crawl space and saw that they installed the hose right next to (almost touching) exposed electric wires (old style nob and tube) - creating a dangerous situation which I will now have to replace. I tried to get in touch to discuss the issue but they have ignored my class. Not impressed.

I have left more than one 5 star review for this service over the last 10 years. Then 2 weeks ago, I requested cleaning using the same number I have used to schedule monthly for years via text. Usually I just ask for service any day of the week, but this time I needed a specific day, so requested confirmation that it would fit in the schedule. No one answered, so i sent another message 4 days later asking to confirm the schedule. Again no answer. It was now the weekend before Thanksgiving and I had to scramble to find someone else to clean prior to guests arriving. I sent a final message saying that I would find another service, since I had not heard back, and hoped all was well. Never got a reply. It's a shame because they always did a good job cleaning the house, but communication needs to improve.

I mistakenly sent this handyman a Zelle payment intended for another vendor. The payment clearly referenced my invoice number. Bank of America confirmed he received the funds, and their retrieval request was denied because he refused to authorize the return. After one short phone call where I politely explained the mistake and several follow-up text messages, he blocked all of my calls and texts, and I never heard from him again. The money was never returned, despite clear evidence it was sent in error. I worry about what that could mean for future clients or more important matters. I urge others to proceed with caution with this vendor.
