I got at least 10 estimates from local cleaning companies and they gave me the most confidence that they would do a thorough job cleaning the apartment. I gave them a list of the areas that had to be cleaned that had been provided by the landlord. It was very comprehensive and quite over the top. CLN cleaned all of the areas and they did it for the agreed upon price. This was a larger apartment with 3 bedrooms and 5 tenants who had been living there for a year. Every detail was taken care of. I was most impressed with CLN's willingness to discuss all of the points that I was worried about. They never failed to respond to my texts and/or emails. They were prompt and handled everything professionally. I was hesitant about hiring a company with no previous reviews. I rely heavily on reviews when selecting businesses. I should not have been worried. They surpassed my expectations and I am picky and I definitely expected the best from them. That is exactly what I got. They are a newer company and they are determined to build their business by providing quality services at reasonable prices. Please do not hesitate to hire them for your cleaning job. The owners and their cleaners have done previous work with other companies in the Isla Vista, Goleta and Santa Barbara area. They are familiar with demanding landlords who seem to expect miracles. CLN delivered on their promise. I would not hesitate to call them again for any cleaning needs I might have. They also took pictures of the cleaned apartment and sent them to me so that we would know that everything had been cleaned properly, because we had already left town to go home. Understandable, and now the assistant knows they can handle instances like this on their own if management is not available. Bit of trust restored and mistakes happen. Original post: I hired Master Clean USA for a move-out cleaning to save time, reduce stress, and hopefully help secure my deposit back. The place was already pretty clean and while they did a good job on the bathroom, the rest of the house was poor and felt rushed and incomplete. The areas under, behind, and on top of the stove and refrigerator were left untouched, even though I specifically requested those spots to the cleaners on site and the rep on the phone, I was assured they'd be cleaned and that they were covered areas in the cleaning I purchased. In addition the windows were only half done, with dirt left in the inner frames, and the baseboards--especially in corners and high-traffic areas--were poorly cleaned with easily visible dust and dirt still left behind. The cleaners finished in less time than estimated, left early, and I was still charged at the higher end of the quoted range. When I came back to tip them for their work I saw this and unfortunately had to buy my own cleaning supplies afterward and re-clean these areas myself. I also documented everything with photos. What made the situation so much worse was the lack of follow-up from the company. Despite contacting Master Clean three separate times and being promised a call back from management to resolve it, I never received one call. At this point 3.5 weeks after, I can't recommend their work.

The best part of working with them is that they are reliable, can usually make schedule changes with short notice, and are EXCELLENT with communication. They were fast, finishing in 2 hours. Did nit get a deep cleaning, hardly reached a standard cleaning. For ex. mopped the floors but didn't bother to scoot the small couch in the middle of the floor over to get the area underneath. Kitchen cabinet doors left completely untouched. They did a good job cleaning the inside of the fridge, after I pulled everything out for them. But a pitiful excuse for a deep cleaning. If you just need a brief glance over, go for it, if you need a thorough job, go elsewhere for sure. $150 for a deep cleaning of a 3 bed 2 bath house, but they didnt have to clean the bedrooms per our request. Not that they would have accomplished much seeing their service of the other rooms. The women didnt even know what I was supposed to pay them. Le sigh.

Everything was cleaned very thoroughly. After they finished, they asked me to check the unit to make sure everything looked good. When I checked, the floor was clean like a mirror(literally reflective lmao see photo I attached) (no exaggeration). The communication with the cleaning team was also very smooth. They were friendly, professional, and did an excellent job, honestly better than I expected. Given the quality of work they did, I think the price is very reasonable. (Some random and weird thoughts: I'm a CS student doing research in AI and robotics, and watching them clean actually made me think that it would be pretty hard to design a robot or RL algorithm that could match their level of cleaning expertise lol +1 point to the human team) After the cleaning, my property managers inspected the unit and said it looked great, so it seems like I'll be getting my full deposit back, which I'm very happy about. I also had great communication with Linda, the company's manager. She is efficient, responsive, and professional, and the whole communication process was very smooth. So my son goes to UCSB and rents an apartment in Goleta. He needed to move quickly and wanted to get his deposit back. Well as anyone knows, college boys are not the cleanest people on Earth and I knew this would be a mess and hard to clean . I do not live close so I trusted yelp and found Jazzy Maid Service and so very glad I did. They responded quickly and booked my appointment for a day that worked for my son's school schedule. It was a tough job but they got that apartment looking like when he moved in. It's hard to live far and trust someone to help in a time like this but I completely trust Jazzy Maid plus they helped my son get his deposit back! A mom could not be more happy. This is the second time I've had Jazzy clean my house. We had previously used a different company, but stopped because regardless of how many times I complained about one particular aspect nothing ever changed. I decided to look for new help using Yelp reviews and found Jazzy. I cannot believe how thorough the women were. They cleaned things I either hadn't thought to clean or hadn't been cleaned in some time due to its nature. One of them scrubbed down my tables and chairs top to bottom. They even had me check an area of concern I had complained about after the first visit so they could do a better job. Jazzy Maid Service was great! The booking process was really simple, and I got a number of reminder emails and texts leading up to the service date. I got the service because my mom was coming into town and I wanted a "mom clean." I think everyone knows the general feeling when you think you've cleaned your apartment up to mom standards and then she finds the one thing you forgot to do. Jazzy totally avoided that situation! My mom even said "wow it's so clean in here!" So it was totally worth it. If I had a need for it, I would definitely do a recurring service, but I can definitely see myself hiring Jazzy a few times a year and next time doing some of the add-ons as well. read more

This cleaning agency is AMAZING!! I hadn't had a proper cleaning in awhile and was referred to this company by a friend of mine.They are an INCREDIBLE team. They go the extra mile moving furniture and making sure to really do a deep good cleaning like if you were really taking your time . I have just begun to use Jazzy Maid Service and I couldn't be more pleased. Tere has been amazing in her attention to detail and her efforts to clean my house up to her high standards. She spent nine hours cleaning the first time she came. She also keeps me in the loop regarding extra costs and only offers her opinion regarding extra services without forcing things on me. There was a mix up with scheduling this week and I was offered 20% off my next cleaning to compensate for the problem. I normally don't hire cleaning services but I was throwing a baby shower for my sister in my home and I wanted everything to look perfect. Excellent service! I don't think my kitchen and living room have ever been this clean. Setting an appointment was extremely easy and took about 2 seconds. The cleaners were really friendly and easy to communicate with. They were also very professional and definitely knew what they were doing. I was pleasantly surprised at how spotless the microwave and stoves were since we had not cleaned them in a while and were pretty dirty. After visiting their website I was impressed to see that I could book my appointment online. I decided to try it out and the results were great. I got email reminders before my booking date. Had two cleaners clean an entire unit when we were moving out from our place on Del Playa. Both were very kind and kept good communication with us. They did an amazing job. Sinks and showers in the bathrooms were so clean and stainless. Any mildew from the blinds and walls was removed and wiped. The whole place looked better than when we first moved in! Said…read more"team" showed up in a sketchy van, a mom and daughter of sorts who looked like they literally just rolled out of bed, wearing their Sunday-Im doing remodeling in my basement worst. I was confused if they were even the right people, they didnt look like professionals at all. I tried to direct them, ask if they needed help carrying their things in, they seemed bothered that I was speaking to them since they spoke minimal english. Equipment (shop vac & enormous garbage bag of old rags) looked like it was decades old and found at the goodwill. Ok ok not totally discouraged yet. I paid extra for a deep cleaning. They were fast, finishing in 2 hours. Did nit get a deep cleaning, hardly reached a standard cleaning. For ex. mopped the floors but didn't bother to scoot the small couch in the middle of the floor over to get the area underneath. Kitchen cabinet doors left completely untouched. They did a good job cleaning the inside of the fridge, after I pulled everything out for them. But a pitiful excuse for a deep cleaning. If you just need a brief glance over, go for it, if you need a thorough job, go elsewhere for sure. $150 for a deep cleaning of a 3 bed 2 bath house, but they didnt have to clean the bedrooms per our request. Not that they would have accomplished much seeing their service of the other rooms. The women didnt even know what I was supposed to pay them. Le sigh.
