The majority of my plants are from Stump as well as air plants (with seashell covers to make it look like an octopus) & I love getting my soil from them. My boyfriend bought me an arrangement from them for Valentines Day this year and it was so gorgeous and made my day. I called up the shop after seeing the wilting feeling embarrassed and a little sad because the arrangement was so perfect and was assured that it was not something I did and that should not have happened, the flowers should have lasted at least a week. Samantha, was very kind on the phone and even remembered the amount of care and time my boyfriend spent picking out the flowers for the arrangement. She offered to send me a whole new arrangement to replace the wilted one. The new arrangement was just as beautiful and has lasted over a week now already! Since we are a relatively new relationship and I am not trying to jinx anything I don't really want to say this but... if wedding bells ever come in to the picture for us I know where we will be going to get our flowers!! Naturally, I thumbed through Yelp to find a shop that could help my with my problem. I found Petit Jardin En Ville, and raced to store looking for some emergency care. Two young ladies greeted me as I walked in. They both were kind and considerate with my issues. After a short discussion, they repotted my bamboo plant while providing me with steps to ensure I do not make the same mistake again. The next time I need a plant, flowers, or Botany advice, I will be visiting here for it.

The northeast had a recent spring like few days and my thoughts turned to gardening. I was nearby anyway so decided to see if they had something to help me get my vegetable garden started inside. The owner was not in but his friendly and helpful assistant was able to reach him for some of the more boring and technical questions I had. I was able to get a few items that will allow me a head start this spring. When I went to check out I was told a few items were discounted for me. That was a very pleasant surprise! This shop seemed a bit small at first, but they do carry an excellent assortment of items that growers of all kinds of things would find useful. I'll likely be back for soil nutrients at some point. I hope to thank the owner if he is in when I do return. Of note, this seems to be the only grow shop open in my extended area on Saturday, a huge plus for the business.

Third - I return to the store.., I get a refund for the expired product and swapped the fan for the newer model. This is a positive. However, I also had two other items to return/swap. I incorrectly purchased pH Down fluid when I really need the Up fluid. Refused to swap or return for credit. Claimed store policy; however, this is not stated on the store receipt. The work that was done was to the right of the picture posted below. The reason I was getting it done was because the ground was starting to settle and the grass was getting really damp. Pretty much when they came out I ask them to do whatever they needed to fix this problem. While the section they did was nice they created this giant pond that now lays in my front yard every time it rains. This was NEVER there before. I paid over $2,000 for this. I called him to come back out and pretty much Anthony said it was my fault for not grading it further. I am not a professional and it was his job to advise me to go further. After asking him to fix it he told me it would be another $2,000. This area was 3 times smaller than the original area. I found this company based off of reviews and friends that have use them. As a business owner myself, I am disappointed they did not make it right. A year later the water still sits. I will not be recommending this company.

He set dates , which unfortunately had to be changed 3 times. (Rain) But.... He texted, emailed or called. There was total communication from the very beginning.
