Friendly, bubbly, and professional is how I would describe her. Consultation regarding my skin routine was completed and then I am walked a few steps back in the shop to where the actual facial will take place. I change into a soft robe and hop onto the most amazing soft table... I swear it is comparable to a pillow-top mattress, amazing! She gets to work by cleansing my face and then starts the facial which included in all a variety of serums, creams, enzymes, extractions, steam, a rose water mist, among others. Gabrielle was wonderful at explaining the process and even made a few suggests to alter my current beauty regimen to achieve the best skin. I was relaxed and so happy with my session.
