Built storage cabinets with room for tv and related cable tv and other electronic equipment (with cabinet doors closed)

We want to thank designer Elysia Bott and the excellent installation team from Closet Factory for the great job all of them did to convert a guest room/craft room that had little storage into a very functional and attractive space. Elysia worked with us to create the space we wanted and it turned out even better than we had expected. This was our second project with Elysia-the first one (converting old storage and adding new storage to our laundry room) also turned out great! While we still have a little cleanup and organizing to do in the room, attached are a few pictures of the completed project.

I love my condo but for years I slowly fell out of love with my master bath. The main problem was there was no linen closet and the tub was massive and wasted space. Last year we remodeled our bathrooms and in mine, after we removed that oversized tub and enlarged my shower there was huge but odd shaped space- not the fault of Jacuzzi (they did a wonderful job) but it was simply due to the existing odd shape of my bathroom. Because of this weird area we decided simply having someone put up shelves was not going to work and buying a manufactured cabinet and installing it would not have worked either. We wanted to use all the space that was freed up but really didn't know how to go about it. My husband loves Costco and while there one day he found the brochure to Closet Factory Phoenix. Gina D. from Closet Factory Phoenix came to our home. She was lovely, kind and knew her stuff. The entire process was easy. She took a look at the space, showed me different looks and colors, brought several samples of cabinet doors and hardware to choose from and then took the measurements. She entered all the relevant information into her program the computer animation showed me my closet! The estimate was very within budget so after a few weeks (the holidays came during this time) we decided to go ahead and have them start the process of building the closet. Since this closet was built off site we had a 4 week wait until it was finished. Gina emailed us to clarify everything and to double check the handles we picked and then we were put on the schedule. We did have to delay the installation due to flooring install running late, a death, then a four week bout with pneumonia- obviously non of this was Closet Factory's fault. But once we called them to get the installation appointment set again we were scheduled for a date two weeks away. There was a hiccup came installation day. We received a confirmation email with date and time a week before but something fell through the cracks because no one called and no one came. We were not on the schedule. Lesson learned: call any company the day before and verify you are on the books; do not rely solely on emails. We called and they made it right and the next morning Ryan T. showed up. He did a wonderful job installing the closet. He worked by himself and I could tell he knew what he was doing. The closet took a few hours to install and a few shelves had to be recut but he was gone and back within 45 minutes. All of the measurements Gina took that first day were spot on for this oddly shaped space, I have to say I was impressed! Ryan was a pleasure to have in my home. He was friendly, professional and never once chatted on his cell phone (which is a pet peeve of mine) and left my bathroom spotless when he was finished with his work. I am so very happy with my new closet! I already have visions of closets dancing around in my head to be remodeled! I have no hesitation in recommending Closet Factory Phoenix. I will be using them again.

Laundry room. The open shelving was designed for all my cookbooks that don't fit in my house. The little desk area is for crafting.

I recently had a major home remodel and decided to have my closets replaced. My small house (1000 sq ft) was built in 1966. There has never been enough storage. With my decision to replace the two closets, I decided to maximize the space in each. My designer, Katie, was amazing. She was very thoughtful and meticulous. She took the time to LISTEN to what I wanted. She made sure each compartment, shelf, and space fulfilled my needs. As my storage needs were unique, my goal was to take a guest bedroom closet and have it house my table linens as well as my office and craft supplies while finding a way to house my Christmas decorations in my bedroom closet! No easy task! Mission accomplished! I was so pleased with Closet Factory and Katie, that I decided to move forward on a total laundry room redo. Once again, Closet Factory did not disappoint. Katie made multiple visits to my house to review the plans with me. She was available when I had questions and patient with me as she answered the same questions repeatedly! What did I like about Closet Factory? First, I found their prices more than fair. More importantly, the commitment to quality craftsmanship from both the design and installation perspectives was spot on! They showed up on time and completed the job as promised. The different installation crews took the time to clean up after they were finished. They even went as far as to wipe everything down when they were done!

We ordered a custom closet set in our new home's master bedroom closet. Bree, who is our designer, has been super professional and helpful. She helped us with a design that is both functional and fitting to our budget. Usually the installation lead time is a couple of weeks. With our request to have the installation sooner, Bree helped us secure an early installation date which helped our family's moving plan, and we really appreciate her support throughout this entire process. The installation team did a great job as well. They installed the products exactly as designed, and cleaned up the working space before they left. We are very happy about our experience working with Closet Factory and would love to recommend this company to other friends!I added a few photos. Since we have not officially moved in yet, the clothes are not very well organized in the photos as of now.

Funny how fabric on a 6-inch swatch looks totally different on a large sofa. After many arguments and fruitless hours looking for just an area rug, we were left with only three options. 1. Divorce with a custody battle over who had to take the furniture. 2. Take up smoking so we could accidentally set the sofa on fire. 3. Hire an interior designer. The least costly of the three. We went with the latter, and it was the best decision we could have made. I found Suzanne on a Google search, not the preferred way to find a designer, but we lucked out. She is flexible and will provide as much or as little guidance in the design process as you would like, anything from just a consultation on paint color to actually shopping for and purchasing the furnishings, the route we chose. Suzanne is fast, too. Within a week of getting our painting completed, she had purchased and arranged for delivery of all of our new furnishings (she also used what we had already bought). We were not allowed to see the room until it was completed, just like on HGTV. I used to think the shocked look on the homeowner's face was well-rehearsed, but my husband and I could not believe it was the same room! And although we had the option to return anything we did not like, of about 30 items she chose for us, which included everything from furniture and accessories to lighting and artwork, we returned one piece. And this is from someone who thinks they need self-check return lines. She was always mindful of our budget, which was probably pathetic by Scottsdale standards, but you can't tell by the finished project (I have posted a couple photos). She also offers redesign services, using your existing stuff in new ways. As for the area rug, we love what she chose. Unfortunately, so do the two destruction machines that sneak out every night to claw it. We're hitting PetsMart this weekend for devices to scare the crap out of them, wait I don't need that on the rug either! I'm sure the puking on it will come sooner rather than later.

She was excellent from start to finish, offering excellent communication, fair pricing and always arriving on time for every single appointment. She also provided amazing referrals for the work that was done. At her recommendation the construction work was performed by M3 Remodeling, they provided outstanding work at a competitive price. Work done included removing a wall separating two rooms, converting the fire place into a very eye catching feature, new floors, full master bathroom transformation, furniture for the entire home, new artwork and more. I am completely thrilled to have worked with Suzanne, and would highly recommend an initial consultation with her to see if her services can be beneficial.

Please do yourself a favor and find someone else. Slade and his crew (and his wife, who Slade…read moreforced me to pay $4500 for her pretty worthless "design" services) remodeled our whole house, down to the studs, adding about 1k square feet. Once we signed the contract, the communication broke down. Slade was rude, confrontational and condescending. I have a list a mile long of problems during construction, but here are a few: he ordered windows for the entire house with grids, which we did not want. When we told him, he didn't care. He decided to make a major change to the slope / shape of the ceiling without telling us. Once construction was finishing, we began to notice the many construction flaws. We would visit the house and notice the wood floors warping - his poor plumbing caused repeated leaks to the new wood floors. He would do a poor job of putting new wood down and disregard the obvious mold hazard. It became clear that he pushed to get the job done quickly and cheaply, at the expense of quality and good workmanship. Before we moved in, we asked him to remedy the numerous issues. He fixed some, but many remained, and we gave up. A few to mention - the airflow throughout the house was always subpar. Temperature would fluctuate 5-10 degrees, with the master always the warmest by far. The windows didn't work well. Once moved in, the issues kept occurring. The biggest - we got a new washing machine and Slade's poor plumbing caused the washer to leak INTO THE WALLS. We had to move out to have new floors put in and learned that the subfloor was put in so poorly that it turned to dust when they tried to put down new floors. We learned there was A BASEMENT that Slade and crew either didn't notice or didn't tell us about. This remodel, only about 2 years after Slade's remodel, and due to Slade's plumbing / subfloor / basement oversight, took SIX MONTHS and cost over $100K. When fixing the disposal, we learned the electrical was not up to code. Now, upon selling the house, I have an inspection report a mile long with issues not up to code / general standards due to Slade's remodel, and once again, he denies/refuses to fix. This includes insulation, roof issues, foundation issues, electrical issues, plumbing issues, the same AC issues we'd complained about since the beginning. Slade has threatened to sue me if I post this honest review, but I have records of all of this and would be happy to share with him, his lawyers, or any readers who are considering Slade or his services.
