When possible I like to support small independent local businesses and made the call for an estimate . Dan the owner spent a lot of time at our in home visit to review the scope , made great suggestions on 2 new pots and pan drawers and assured us we would not know they were refaced but would look like new cabinets . We chose a beautiful Maple wood with new drawers on amazing soft close silent hardware . The work crew was professional , skilled craftsmen that figured out every little corner and angle to perfection . I am amazed at the quality of work . The transformation is stunning . My adult daughter just saw the new kitchen today for the first time and was so impressed she thought it was all new boxes from the ground up ! We recommend better than new Kitchens 100 % for refacing .They are an honest local company that delivers on their project promise.

Then Dan came to our house and spent a significant amount of time with us explaining our options, showing us samples of cabinets, and answering all of our questions. We opted for several additional options on top of our initial estimate, but we never felt pressured to add or upgrade anything. We initially had hoped to do refacing to improve the overall aesthetic of our kitchen, but we were so excited to discover some of the additional options that were offered that solved functional problems that had always bothered us! When we reached out to Better Than New, we didn't even realize how much they could do besides just refacing. We replaced all of our old, hard-to-open drawers with beautiful, easy to open, soft-close drawers. We added a pull-out drawer for trash and recycling bins. We replaced sagging shelves in our cabinets. And we replaced the shelves in our deep pantry with drawers, making the space SO much more usable and accessible for our tall family. So not only is the kitchen beautiful, but it's so much more functional. There were zero hidden fees. The work was absolutely immaculate. The team was incredibly professional. And the work was done as scheduled and on time - the entire project only took 2.5 days!! I didn't receive estimates from other companies, so I don't know how the price would have compared. But we feel that the finished product, the quality of the materials used, and the professionalism and skill of the team were worth what we paid. We really couldn't be any happier with Better Than New Kitchens, and we LOVE our new kitchen. I'd highly recommend working with this company!

(Elite) to refinish our 1990's solid wood kitchen cabinets. We wanted to transition from a dated medium tone reddish-brown natural wood finish to have them painted a fresh, modern neutral color. We selected an elegant shade of beige with hints of yellow and green depending on how the sun is shining. We waited the full 30 days after painting to replace items on the painted shelves that were part of our kitchen. I have waited until now to write my review to be sure that the painted cabinet surfaces held up to everyday wear and tear. All I can say is that Elite did a fantastic job! Ernesto came and gave us the initial quote in December 2025 and he was also on our job every single day. Our painting work was performed by Ernesto himself and one other contractor (Tony). They worked quite independently, diligently and were patient and easy to communicate with throughout the project as I was onsite (and watching intently) the entire time. Ernesto's and Tony's work was top-notch. Also, the office staff person, Sasha, did a great job, start to finish: first, in getting us scheduled in a very timely manner; all the way to the end, with final payment processing. We truly could not be happier. Our kitchen is large and our existing custom cabinetry was solid wood that was in really good shape and would have been such a waste to just get rid of. However, I also did not want our kitchen to look hodge-podge or cheap, as our home is quite grand. Anyway, the end result is the kitchen of my dreams! The newly painted finish looks seamless, brand new, and has held up beautifully to everyday use. It gives our kitchen a refreshed and totally elegant look. I am thrilled with the work that Elite performed and I am known to be VERY, VERY picky! I would not hesitate to use Elite anytime I need cabinets painted in the future.

When I got to White Builder on my list I was feeling discouraged but Ellen was so kind on the phone, came over to give us a quote that worked with our schedule and worked with us while we figured out where to start. They laid new tile throughout the bottom floor of our home, installed new baseboards, tore out the kitchen island, worked with our cabinet maker to move plumbing and electric, helped us choose, delivered and installed the gorgeous new countertop stone to start. She had a team at our house almost everyday completing something, they were always professional, skilled and left their work space so clean! When there was something we were concerned with she took it very seriously, made sure to correct them as needed or took the time to talk to us to make sure we were happy and understood. Then we decided to do more! We ended up doing the perimeter kitchen and she helped us source a matching quartzite stone, had it installed with the beautiful mitered edge and check quality the whole way. They moved the gas line for the stove and exhaust for the vent plus extended out soffit out. Her team was meticulous with making sure everything lined up and took the time they needed without rushing. We cannot recommend White Builder enough! They are thoughtful, professional and helpful. Ellen and her team worked with us through supply chain delays in deliveries and was quick to schedule the next steps as items came in. They take great care in their work and are always a pleasure to work with, we have more projects down the line and we already know we will be using White Builder!

Previously we had somebody else from another company out and they did not do the job properly. I explained the situation to Response Crew and I was relieved to receive reassurances from the manager of Response Crew that he'd send one of his best door guys out and that we would not be disappointed. The manager also called back twice to make sure we were happy with the job. Although I missed those voice messages I figure posting about my experience here will make up for that. It's always tough when you are trying to hang a new door on an old frame that may not be perfectly straight anymore. And yes only time will tell if the fit holds. But I will say that even if we do have another problem in the future, I know where to go - Response Crew is a no brainer and for sure I'll be a repeat customer for future needs!

Jeff and his team did a great job on the cabinets. My cabinets where older and definitely saw some…read morewear and tear. Jeff was able to assist with new doors, drawer boxes and adding crown molding in addition to the fresh paint. Oh and they helped converting a cabinet into a trash pull out. Fair on Price on as well. Would recommend them for your cabinets to!
