We hired Closets by Design to do a master bedroom closet and front entrance closet. The closets turned out great and the installers did a wonderful job. The only thing preventing a 5 star rating was the price. They are expensive but do a good job. And this was with an apparent 40% + 15% discount being applied as a special promotion. If you have the $$$, then go for it. They will do a wonderful job. read more

We recently had a wall bed installed. It is too early to review the bed and its functioning, but I had to mention the concern with the mattress, which we decided to purchase after having been assured by the sales person of its quality and comfort, and suitability for the wall unit. It was an add on price of about $1800 and some dollars, but with the 40% discount offered, it came to around $1100. When the back door of the delivery truck was opened, my husband went to have a look at the mattress, which was wrapped in plastic, and it had a sticker on it with a price marked at $399.00. The truck driver hurriedly removed the sticker, but not before my husband took a photo of it. After all the work was complete we called the sales rep who said she had no control over the pricing, but would refer us to someone who did. That was more than two weeks ago. If we had been contacted by any one since, I would not be writing this review. Now I am writing this review just to say "buyer beware! read more

Overpriced particular board....custom closets can be made at the local Home Depot or Lowes (now Rona) they advertise it as kitchens but you then customize it into closets and WAY better choice on the product. Their product they offer is cheap, poor quality. read more

Process was easy - Carrie came out did her measurements, we discussed ideas - and put our tweaks on them - and a few days later had the designs sent to us to approve or further modify. The whole process was fast and easy.
