I saw some good discounts but with any outlet you have to know the reg price of items so you won't be paying more. Customer service was pretty good @ each store I entered with the exception of one. Stayed in the store for about 20mins & was never acknowledged by the salespeople. Glad I didn't find anything I wanted. Overall I'll be back & next time I'll be wearing comfortable shoes.

But it's one of those deals where you look at item-after-item and think, "How much would I expect to pay at retail?" only to look at the price tag and suffer sticker shock. Wooden pepper mills for $100? Barstools for $1100? Sure, the discount is applied to that price, but 30-40-50-60% off way too much is still too way much. And "ALL SALES FINAL" appears everywhere. There's no better feeling than actually being able to walk into your closet without having clothes in mounds covering the floor and having everything organized by color and category. I wished I had watched her fold clothes because her technique is amazing and I'm not sure I can fully replicate it.
