The carpet was nothing crazy other than regular wear and have seen dozens of pictures of carpets worse than this that came out perfect. Even the two other rooms weren't as bad and you could still see the dark spots. When I saw the results I was disappointed and could've been warned before the work was done so I expected it to be fine. When discussing it his solution was to come back another day and try again which I was fine with but then he told me it would be another $125 for just that room!
