The first print is included when you purchase a plain clothing item, and you can pay extra to have another added. I was very happy with the quality of the sweatshirt and the quality of the print! The staff were also super friendly and helpful with getting us what we desired. On top of the custom t-shirt aspect, they also have really cool trinkets like hotel room style keychains. I came here on Saturday, August 8, 2020 and I bought a dress for $26. As I was paying I forgot my phone at the counter and continued with my shopping process down the street. When I realized my phone was gone to pay, I immediately went back to Cool Waters to look for it and found it on the counter to pay. And I looked at the back of it where I keep my cards and noticed my Driver's License and Debit card were stolen. I immediately called my bank to cancel the card at 3:30pm eastern time while my boyfriend gave the store employees his number (since the manager wasn't there) to see the recorded video footage. After that entire process I went to the Wisconsin Dells police to file a report on my stolen Driver's license and debit card. I also filed a report in my hometown when I got home as well. It's been four days (Wednesday August 12, 2020) and still no call back, and when I went to the bank to proceed to get a new card, my bank statement stated that I spent another $64.03 at Cool Waters. I infact did not. I am currently in the process of disputing this. I have no other option left but to pursue legal action and call my lawyer. *TOURISTS BEWARE*
