I've done this therapy before at another facility with good results at improving skin tone, and this one did the same. They also have other types of services such as a float tank that looked fabulous. The unfortunate part is that the owners (who were very friendly and accommodating) are planning to close at the end of the week. I do highly recommend Rebecca for a massage. She worked on the areas I was having problems with and with just the amount of pressure to relax my muscles. I'm just glad I didn't have to take another shower after the message. The staff was polite and professional. They weren't aware of the water temperature issue until I told them and apologized. I'm sure I'll be back but I will definitely check the shower 1st.

The massage was light yet she was able to get the knots out without pain. Kathleen, the esthetician, was awesome and my face is so thankful. The only negative is that the rooms were cold. From my understanding they don't have heat but only A/C and this time of year you do need heat as you don't want to be chilly as that isn't as conducive to relaxing. My friend told me that Steven addressed this by putting hot towels on her feet and forehead which helped.
