Was here recently for a child's birthday and a little boy stepped on an exposed screw and was bleeding from his foot. While they fixed the problem, stuff like this should in my opinion never happen in a kids play area if it's being taken care of properly. After looking around I found several rat and mice traps out in the open and some exposed wiring from a computer that was sitting where any child could access it. This is a really fun indoor playground. It was really clean and not crowded which was awesome. Our granddaughters are 2 and 3 years old and they loved it. There are separate areas for toddlers and for older kids. Because it wasn't crowded our toddlers played in both areas. They also loved the game area. This is where they lost a star from me. A couple of the games were broken. Some didn't say how many tokens were needed. Some were confusing and it took us awhile to figure out what to do. Some seemed overpriced for what they were. I recently took my kids to the indoor playground in Edmond and it was an absolute blast! There was so much to do and explore, and I appreciated that there was a separate toddler area for my littlest one. It made me feel much more comfortable letting her play and explore without worrying about bigger kids accidentally knocking her over. The playground is a good size, with lots of different slides and climbing structures for kids of all ages. I loved that there were so many different options for my kids to choose from. When we went (Sunday evening), the playground wasn't too crowded, which made it easy for my kids to play and have fun without feeling overwhelmed. There's a little cafe area where you can grab snacks and drinks, and everything was really affordable. They run specials on different days of the week, which is a great way to save some money while still having fun with the kiddos. One thing to note is that they do have some rides for the kids, but those are an extra cost. While overall we prefer some other spots in town, this one was a solid value and not too stressful as a parent so we'll be back! read more

We prefer Okie Kids, but that's because our kids are still really little. For kids 5+, I think this place has more to do. The space could use a little love. The "Galaxy" theme is really only exhibited in some star-trek style letters. Better lighting or some stars would be a nice touch. It seemed like they just moved in the play equipment and started going. I'd give it four stars, but we were there for a birthday party, and we thought we could stay until 8, but they told us a private party was coming at 6. They hadn't let the host know that, so we were all caught off guard. I felt bad for my kiddos, as they missed the first half of the party because they were still napping. I would have woken them up to be there on time if I had known the party was ending so early. They ended up coming back and telling us we could stay, so we stayed until 6:30. This is a great place to take kids to play! My son was so excited! They offer discounts often so you wouldn't have to pay full price.. $12. We went on toddler Tuesday. What my son loves about Kid's Galaxy is that it has a toddler area. He spends hours there and plays with the balls in the ball pit. Then he slides down the slides. In addition they have an arcade, a food area, party areas, and the giant huge playground. That one is adult friendly and since my son is still little I take him with me. He explores and loves it! It gives me a chance to play and also work out. The only thing I'd say that I don't like is the lighting. It was so dark inside when we were there. The restroom is also inconvenient. You have to walk really far so you can't just sneak away to go use the restroom. Socks are required, of course. Then, the security system they use is stamp your hand and your child(ren)'s hands and then use a black light when leaving. So, check them out! read more

Fun and all that glitter! Indoor play place, little cafe, seating area with sugar and tv for the adults, a tiny kids arcade, huge play area as well as a smaller kids play area that's separate. Only negative was it was quite good everywhere, tv see soon full blast, Christmas music playing in arcade, tv in sitting room, but it's a kids place, so not worth reliving stars. One quiet area would be nice though. You can slide into a ball pit from the slides, climb into a rocket ship, and so much more.  Friendly staff. They have it roped off, so no one gets in or out with out a stamp and a reason to be there, a kid. Beyond my standards even, of cleanliness. It was spotless and fresh smelling (which is hard in an area with sticky kids and feet). read more

My son enjoyed playing but the woman in the front desk is kinda rude. She can tell not to play the balls outside the ball pit that's fine but in a nice way though not giving the kids attitude. They're toddlers at least be more understanding. They're putting the balls back to the pit and not putting it all over the playground. read more

Opening day...there's a learning curve, and I watched them make efforts to stay on top of things that needed adjustment. For example: Some of the equipment is already having a hard time keeping up with hard play that kids bring. There's a twisty purple slide that kids fly out of way too fast on a busy intersection of kids in play and moms on phones. And the acceptance that they will need to keep the AC below 79. There are still fixtures that need finishing touches up, like TP and paper towels actually hug up in the restrooms, doors on the kitchen, etc.. There are some things I'm not sure they will appreciate the idea of changing, but here are my suggestions. Please take out or at least move the flashy and annoyingly repetitive arcade games. It's like kid version of the Las Vegas airport and we don't keep quarters on hand like we used to when we were their age. Please allow in outside food/drink. Some of us are coffee snobs and have kids with dietary restrictions so we can't stay for long enough to feel we've gotten our investment (or- make my kid tired time) in before we need to vacate to feed. Please turn off the televisions! Most parents I know want to reserve screen time for ourselves in our times of need, not have our kid zone out to Paw Patrol for $12. Which brings us to the cost. You are the highest charging indoor playground in all of Edmond, yo! And I'm not sure what can be done about this, but it made me uneasy to have to go down such a corridor to get to the restrooms. They are so far and blocked from line of sight. It's just slightly unsettling with that much kid-chaos and strangers abound. Perks! There is a black light stamp given to child and parent at entry for added security upon exit to ensure the right adult is leaving with the right offspring. No trading up here, people! They make delicious smelling pizza. (Could be a con, depending on if it's diet cheat day or not.) The toddler/baby area is much larger than others. The staff seems to really be making an effort to be on top of things and present to their customers. Should there be another 1/2 price day, we might come back. My kid did enjoy himself. read more

Party rooms are hot/stuffy (consistently - attended multiple parties) and staff can't turn A/C down at the request of paying guests because the owner won't allow it. Water tastes bad (tap water), unless you buy bottled. They charge movie theater prices for their beverages ($4 for a 32oz soda). Pizza is decent, and the place seems to be well kept & clean, and the employees are very kind and helpful. Probably great for bringing your kids for a day, but not a good option for parties. read more

Before going in I messaged them on Facebook to be sure we'd be able to get in (because we all know how kids are when you tell them you're going somewhere fun and have to change your plans). After filling out the waiver I went to pay and they couldn't find our name so I had to wait until the people behind us were done so I could fill it out again. They need online sign in for waivers. We are having our sons bday at a play gym in August and they encourage this. I was drinking a mint tea because I had an upset stomach but since I couldn't bring it I sent my husband in so I could finish drinking it. My husband bought $3 in tokens and they told him the total was $3.38, which we fought because there is no reason for this to be taxed. This place is a week old and games are already broken. We lost 3 tokens in games, but we got them back. I wish they had healthier options for food like a salad. Got pizza for everyone but I didn't eat. I have celiac and I'm lactose Intolerant so pizza was a no go. Slices are $2.50 each and I asked my husband how it was and all he said was $2.50 worth. I wish I had more feedback for you. Kids had a blast though so that was most important. I do not know how often we will come for this price. I will agree that the bathrooms are very far away, seemed weird. I can tell they are trying really hard to get everything right. I like how they do like they do at Chuck E. cheeses with the black light so they know you are taking your child and not someone else's. This place was very unorganized for supposedly being a party place for kids. The manager was a joke and was having his employees trying to resolve issues with our bill and wouldn't come up and handle the issue like a manager. On top of billing issues our child went down a slide that had feces on it. We notified the staff and they came with Lysol and wiped it up while they allowed kids to be still playing in the play area. No customers were notified about the issue which is pretty disgusting and very unprofessional. Their employee Xavier was extremely helpful and very apologetic since their manager wasn't taking care of the issue. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I would recommend new management ASAP. read more

Staff is SO helpful and wonderful. The play area is large and this totally exhausted momma took her kids there and they played for three straight hours! We got the wings there and they were surprisingly delicious! Along with the french fries. The owner was there and very open to chatting and getting to know his community. My wife and I took our nephew (going on 2) to Kid's Galaxy and it was a blast! They offered different areas for different age groups with plenty of space to run around. There were colorful ball pits, giant building blocks and slides - so many slides! Our nephew loved everything about it. We feel like it was completely worth the money we paid, and it helped that the staff was incredibly friendly. I even left my wallet in one of the ball pits (thankfully it was still there) and the staff let me come back in to find it after business hours. Very thankful for them. My daughter and I had a really wonderful experience here today! I even booked her birthday party because the facility is so amazing. I was greeted by Robert at the front, and he offered to show us around, which I really appreciated with it being our first time in. The play area is HUGE. Lots to do. The toddler area is also much bigger than most other indoor playgrounds and we loved that. Their party packages are so affordable and generous....we get unlimited play and an hour and forty minutes in the party room. I was able to speak with the owner for a long time and he even offered to call the owner of a princess company to see if they had an Elsa available for my daughter's party. Not 10 minutes later he came out to inform me that there was an Elsa available for our date at an amazing rate! We are so excited about a new and fun place to play in the summer AND the winter!! read more

It was our first time visiting here today! We usually go to Breakaway but they're closed Mondays so we decided to give Kids Galaxy a chance today. We walk in and there are two large families waiting at the door, they had been there for a while and nobody was at the front desk. We waited a while and after nobody coming they decided to just go ahead and go in (the waiver iPads were also broken so no way to sign in) and finally a man came running to the desk. He gave no apology for no one being there or for there being a long wait. The sign in process was weird and took forever, he didn't seem to know what he was doing. It was $18 for two small kids which is fair but probably not a great price if you're wanting to come weekly. The place is not clean or sanitary at all and everything looks super tacky. Signs were hung up with scotch tape and hand written in sharpie. Nobody is monitoring the playgrounds as I saw multiple kids getting hit and throwing balls and blocks outside of the playground and nobody intervened. When we left there was nobody at the front desk so it wouldn't be hard for a kid to run out or for someone to come in and take your kid. Games were all broken and the bathrooms are really far away and unsanitary. I've never left such a harsh review but this was appalling. Will NOT be going back. Breakaway indoor playground is MUCH better if you're looking! read more

Robert the manager was always checking in on us to make sure our group was okay , and Caleb who worked many different areas always had a smile and went above and beyond . Think twice before booking a birthday party at Kid's Galaxy in Edmond. We were late getting in the party room and was asked to leave (hurried) on time. Our pizza was late and our drinks were flat. Still they were going to charge full price. After a little negotiation we got a mere 10% off and a one week pass for the birthday boy. We went opening weekend for half price admission! I'll start with the cons first. Honestly wish there was more nice things to say about this place. We need more options for kid activities around here. NOT worth $12/kid for normal admission. Worth $6/kid half price admission like opening weekend was. CONS - $12/kid. Pretty expensive if you have multiple children. - Only one screen for parents to sign the waiver if you didn't online before you came. We tried, but the website was down. - Game machines were not a good idea at all. As if paying $12/kid isn't enough they won't stop asking for quarters. - There is a "parents lounge" BUT it's behind walls so if you plan to chill out in there you can't see your kids. - Toddler area doesn't have a half door or gate of some soft to keep littles from escaping. - Bathrooms are down a LONG hallway you can't see down unless you go down it. Can't send your kids to the bathroom alone either because the kitchen entrance is down that hallway with no door or gate blocking any and everyone from going in. - The play structure looks very cheaply made/put together. There was already a few things broke and it was OPENING WEEKEND. Not gonna last long. - The chairs they had were cheap little chairs as well & still didn't have many of them for all the parents. - Pizza $2.50/slice PROS - A black light stamp was put on when you arrive and numbers must match when you leave with your kids. - Great variety for the toddler area! Giant LEGO blocks, slide into the ball pit, tunnel.. - Free water cups - Minus one employee they all were friendly staff. read more
