My kids love coming here! It's very fun for kiddos under ten and the staff and service is what truly makes this place stellar. Bubba play is always exploring new ways to make the kids' experience more immersive ie free face painting or staff-led games. I'd also like to shout out a blonde female staff member (I haven't been able to catch her name). She's memorable from how bubbly, kind, and welcoming she is to everyone who visits this place. Took the grandson to Bubba's. We got there around 10:30 am on a Friday. We got the security sticker you put on the back of your child and they give you the other half that must be presented when you leave. There was plenty of room to put shoes and other things when the kids are playing. He had a blast. read more

Such an amazing place for kids and adults alike! We brought our daughters here for a birthday party on a Saturday afternoon and they absolutely loved it! It is close to home so this will be our go to from here on out. It is by far the largest indoor play park around bigger than the one we see at gymnastics.. I loved the workers presence around everywhere... they were so helpful! I was feeling very safe about the safety of the girls and bathrooms were very clean! Took my 7 year old and 2 year old sons here on a random Friday they were out of school. They did have different hours than what google had so be sure to check out their website for the most up to date hours. A friendly girl greeted us and got us checked in i believe it was $13 or so per child and adults are included in that cost. You can't bring in outside food or drinks.y son did have his water sippy cup and nothing was said. They do make $ quick of snacks Gatorade was $3 and any chips etc are probably $2. I spent just as much as snacks for us as entry. Haha I loved the set up in this place they had a very small room for the younger kids with a giant lion for them to crawl up on and lots of gymnastics blocks to crawl on. The snack area has lots of table tops with even a few picnic tables that gives you ample amount of space to snack! I have to admit i haven't played at any other play place as this one in the city! The ball pits were perfectly sized and the obstacle courses throughout were fun! There is a giant green and yellow slide that goes super fast and enough for 4 people to go down at once! Our favorite was the ski sledding type set up they had that lands you down into the ball pit. We rode that up and down at least 20x! The facility was clean. The ladies and men's restroom was out of paper towels though. I also wish they had soap attached to the wall rather than a pump. So there are things I love and hate about this place. Shall we start with the positive stuff? I do like their parent-child check ins and that they do always have someone to check parent and children on the way out. The play area also is huge and kept all 3 of my kids busy the entire time. Ok now for the not so fun stuff. The ladies restroom was not clean and not only did the stall I went into NOT have toilet paper, the soap on the wall to wash your hands with was also empty. MAJOR indiscretion at a place that can be so germ centric. When I walked into the playground it was super busy and the only seat I could find was on the bench lining the wall. Literally one of the most uncomfortable places you could sit. Thank Goodness some people left and I was able to snag a table....only to have it wobble aimlessly beneath my elbows... and Im not talking the kind of wobble you can fix with a napkin...like this thing was unstable. Ugg. I feel like there are better options in town that are cleaner and provide a more comfortable and safe space for the parents as well. read more

The Playplace is big and open with lots to do, my kids always have a blast playing here and it's one of the only places where they will go off by themselves and not need me to make it funner for them lol! Very cool play area Big enough to have lots of fun things to do but small enough so you can find your kids. Most of it is accessible by adults or there are ways to walk around and get to where your kids are. Our grandkids are 4 and 3 and they loved it. We got to go down the slides with them. Very fun day. It was really pretty clean too. The floor was a little dirty but not terrible. Everyone has to wear socks No shoes inside the play area. Perfect place for kids. I went on a Wednesday afternoon and it was practically empty. Just a handful of other kids. I brought my one and four year old and they both had a blast. Both were sad when we finally had to leave and were begging to come back in the future. The facility was clean including the bathrooms which was better than I expected for a place frequented by young kids. The staff was just one guy but when I was leaving more people arrived for what I expect is a busier time of day for them. It was my first time so man at the desk explained how everything worked and their check in/out system is really impressive and safe. He also kept a good eye on the kids to make sure they were following the rules and everyone was safe. He also was constantly cleaning which I appreciate during these crazy covid times. We got kicked out because my two year old was drinking from a no spill water cup at our table that we brought. Cynthia the manager yelled at us and told us we couldn't bring in our "f***ing water in front of my kids, she was actually screaming. She told us we had to buy water. My friends childrens were both drinking juice and chocolate milk next to us but because we brought free water we were kicked out in a very unprofessional way. After we left another guest told me they were discussing us in a very disrespectful way. I am embarrassed for the way this was handled. I would love to speak to the owner asap. I am a business owner and I see a rule that exists out of greed and not in the best interest of the customer read more

Social Distance ???? I was there late afternoon on a Saturday. When I walked in there was probably about 20 people in the entrance area. Yes they were checking everyone in but come on. Waiting space is really small. All the employees were really young and I never figured out who was in charge, well obviously no one. I will not be back and don't recommend this place at all. You also have to park at a shopping center across the street. I felt like the pictures made this place look bigger then it actually was. They need to double the space!! read more

Having fun here today. They've got 5 tables downstairs, so if you want to spread out and work while the kids play, get here early. There's casual seating all around, but not with table tops. Can't bring your own food, but they have a pretty good snack and drink selection. There is a McDonald's with a play place next door, so I usually make that our stop on the way home and bribe them away from the snacks with that promise. $12 per child, adults are free. The staff wander around and interact with the kids, reminding them of rules, and showing them fun thinGs. Don't forget your socks! read more

We wanted to take the granddaughters somewhere before school started back. We looked online and found Bubba Play. It looked like fun, so we headed out. Although the website says socks for everyone, I am a non paying, non playing adult and it wasn't clear that adults also need socks. They had some for sale for a relatively low price, but they were all children's sizes and kept slipping off my heel. The 'jungle theme' is mostly some stuffed animals hanging or placed around. Not exceptionally thematic. With the exception of the young lady who checked us in, every single employee looked bored, or like there was anywhere else they'd like to be. The kids had an okay time, but I would rather take them somewhere that the employees appear to at least like kids. It reminded me of a McDonald's play place, to be completely honest. read more

I had 2 toddlers with me and one of them is non-verbal and special needs. Danielle was able to communicate to her through baby- sign language . She was also very helpful taking the older child down the slide while I had my hands full with the younger one. I love how the kids cannot escape from the gym area. This is a super fun spot for my little one. She's only 11 months and doesn't walk yet so I was unsure if she was ready for an indoor play place. She was! They have a cute small area for little ones. But she even enjoyed climbing up into the actual big kid jungle gym area. It's a lot bigger than you expect in there. Most areas were tall enough for adults to walk and everything was large enough for an adult to crawl through. It wasn't crowded, which surprised me for a Sunday. But this was nice so my daughter wasn't in the way of big kids running around. Definitely recommend!! read more

This is the third or fourth indoor playground I've taken my child to and possibly the best so far. They definitely do their best to keep things clean even actively going in climbing area to wipe it down. The nets around the play area have been torn and repaired, and in my opinion should be a tighter firmer weave. Thier airsoft blasters were loud scaring my child, but that's not their fault. The seating area for adults isn't that big, it's more benches that anything. My last criticism is that it's nice they allow adults to play with their children, but the adults were taking over the slides when we visited keeping the kids from playing freely. As difficult as it is for a child to fight the balls at the end of the slide, then carry the sled back up, it's even more difficult to wait for adults to move so they can play. read more
