Needless to say it lacked a relaxing environment. Finally, the massage therapist seemed to be unsatisfied with my 20%+ cash tip and insisted more from me. I had reflexology done there and it was decent. Not as much pressure as I would have liked. Very relaxing. I go to another location in town as well sometimes just because it's easier to park, but it doesn't have this amazing spa theme throughout the office.

I would have gone if I could have arranged transportation but using a disruption they planned themselves to deny me service and then charge me for that denial is not the kind of character that any business should have.
