There was no relaxing ambient music, instead someone was watching their phone nearby with the volume at a high level and a distorted laugh track blasting. Needless to say it lacked a relaxing environment. Finally, the massage therapist seemed to be unsatisfied with my 20%+ cash tip and insisted more from me. Dr. Butler is great, always asks how I'm doing and genuinely seems interested in what I have to say. He remembers what I do and asks about specific things and how everything is going. He knows what he's doing and treats different problems for me. For example, during finals week (in college) I came in and my muscles around my neck were very, very tense and tight. He gave me "pressure point massages" on my face and neck to relax all my muscles. He also offers electroshock nerve therapy that will train certain nerves to not feel as much pain. When he adjusts my bones, I always feel much better after leaving. HIGHLY recommend! Best in the area! Prices are great too!

It was pretty embarrassing. My hair was also not toned. Then the cut...I asked for a straight across cut. All one length. There was no effort to actually cut all the hairs or make it straight. I went home and bleached the spots that were missed, TONED MY OWN HAIR, and I'm constantly finding pieces of hair that weren't cut and cutting them. Yikes!!!!
