Very interesting! All I had to do it take off my shoes/socks and roll my pants up to my knees, lay on the comfy massage table and he'd do the rest. Thankfully, I don't have any areas of chronic pain or issues, but if you do--he is very adaptable to your needs. The reflexology massage mostly is inclusive to your feet.
