I picked up 15 cartons and it was right at a thousand dollars. Then i looked at what i spent just 2 years ago, and i understand prices go up every yeqar with inflation but this place goes up way too much and too often. Its unfortunate because i like this place otherwise, but 2 yrs ago to the month it was alot lower, jump up to now price per carton has gone up $15 per carton....which means if you purchase a lot, and for me its atleast a dozen, thats a difference of $180 fyi. One place down he street, in the opposite direction, was close to their prices but still about $1 lower. Now a buck is not a lot but again, if you purchase alot like me, thats $15. Every bit adds up. I almost said i remember the days when a carton was $50 the i realized, wait that was just 2 years ago...its not like i am saying back in the day, like in 1990 a pack of smokes was $1.50. It is located in the parking lot of the Seminole Classic Casino as well. This place does close at 10pm every night, unlike the other one that is 24/7. I have never had an issue with anything being out of stock that I order. The ladies who work here are so friendly, polite, and personable. It is a drive thru but there are two sides you can drive up to. Sometimes there will be a sign that directs you to drive to the other side but I think that is when only one person is working. I never had to wait more than 20 seconds before someone came to the window to assist me. They take cash and credit cards but you have to spend a minimum of $10 to use a card.

I made the purchase with no issues and left the store. I opened it the following day Monday 4/13. I removed the papers and took a draw, nothing... Tried again, nothing... I went to the store and asked for a replacement due to mine being defective. The employee denied me and I asked to reach out to a manager, 40 minutes later after being told multiple times, I came back on Tuesday 4/14. They said the manager was not in and they would be back the following morning 4/15, I went to the store, asked for the manager and she explains that I left the store and it can't be exchanged. You got the bad end of the stick, she says... This is really disappointing as I am now the one who lost money, the store could have went to the Manufacturer, made an exchange, took care of the customer but that is not what they do, they offer a discount off of a new product (so they still make more money) and say, it's just policy. I understand policy, I understand people scamming people out of goods or services but when you can look into a customers account due to them inputting the phone number in their system, they should be able to see and take care of a returning customer. My only comment is not to go to this smoke shop, they don't care nor want to care.
