I would steer clear of this place. I bought a digital scale and made the mistake of not inspecting it before I returned home. It was not disclosed to me before purchase, however, that "all sales are final". I get home, pop in two brand new batteries, and the thing basically doesn't work. I couldn't even get it to turn on except for one time. The display light was blinking and faint, it read "lo", and was reading negative weight with nothing on the scale. Then back to not even operating. I took a closer look at the battery terminals and one was very rusted. These snake oil salesmen had sold me an apparently used scale. I called the clown attendant and he explained to me (with the use of numerous "likes") that he could not swap out the scale for me because "all sales are final". He asserted something of a Nuremberg defense ("my boss won't let me") but when I asked to speak with the boss, he wasn't available with no prospect of getting him on the phone. Then this dude had the audacity to say "well we didn't test it out before you left so I have no way of verifying what you're saying". The nerve of this guy to suggest that I'm trying to scam the scammers. Like, c'mon, man. Do I look indigent to you? Do I look like a crackhead running game? Don't you think I just want a damn scale that works and that's it? That's fine. Keep your $20 (for now). This is a two-bit clown operation and I would counsel anyone needing such services to stay away from these unscrupulous scam artists. read more

Please don't waste your money here I came here and spent 50$ on a juul box vape pen literally 2 hours later it broke so I called them they had me bring it back, inconvenient but fine, I get there and after wasting 20 min playing with it and calling the boss man they finally hit me with we are out of this product, I asked for my money back they told all sales are final even though there's no sign saying that anywhere in the shop. So they call their other location which is on the complete other side of Hollywood and asked to hold one for me. I drive a company truck and can't travel too far so I said when will there be some at this location? they tell me Tuesday I come back Tuesday still no product so I had to make the half hour trip. They replaced it and offered no discount no apology nothing. I spent 50$ and basically had to work to receive my own shit. Zero fucks were given for the customer here and since customer service means something to me I do not recommend token smoking. What a nightmare of an experience. read more
