The best price glass for what you are getting. Most smoke shops have cheap wholesale glass that is cheap. Cloud city has actual local glass blowers with bad ass work for affordable prices. They also carry rektipz and riptips which are impossible to get online most times since they sell out so fast, this shop stays with them. Overall even if I didn't live close I would make the drive because this is the one stop shop for true smokers!!! read more

The first time I came here I got a great vape pen I loved, but when I went back to get another, all they had was one cheap pen in a bunch of different colors. It's the worst vape pen I've ever owned. The USB adapter didn't fit. Thankfully I had another. But the pen is horribly weak. After using only a few days, both pens I bought are weak and barely pulling vapor despite being fully charged. If they are going to stock one cannabis vape pen it should be a decent one. I would've happily paid $50 or more for a good one. Back to ordering online. read more

I wish I could give this place a dozen 0 stars!! My family and I moved to this area a few months ago. We were looking for a great place to buy our 420 needs. In June, we went here just to browse around and see what they had. We weren't really looking to buy a new "water pipe" but they had a good amount to choose from, so we looked at a couple. The young guy working there showed us some of a brand we had never heard of called C2 custom creations. He claimed that "these ones" are literally UNBREAKABLE. An unbreakable "water pipe"! We didn't know that you could actually make a glass piece that didn't break. So the guy gives us the song and dance about the guy who makes these,etc,etc,etc. He actually banged the piece against the counter,and dropped it to demonstrate how unbreakable this thing really is. The part that got us was, and I quote "the guy who makes these guarantees the product, so if it breaks, just bring it in, and we will either replace it, or send it to the guy who makes them, and he will fix it, at no charge". COMPLETE LIE!!!! Well, last night it got knocked over on very plush carpet, and the bowl broke with the bottom of the bowl still inside the downstem. Tried to get the broken part out, and as we were doing so extremely gently, the downstem breaks!! WHAT?!?! This piece is supposed to be UNBREAKABLE!! Take it in to Cloud City like we were told to do. Well, we get there and are told that it cannot be fixed. Were offered a smaller piece for $120 of the same brand. "That's the only thing we can do because it was dropped(no,actually just knocked over lightly)and since it didn't brake due to a design flaw, they can only offer another one at a discounted price" WTF?!?!?! Ummm, that not what we were told when we bought this piece!! This place false advertises with some shi*ty unbreakable pieces just to make a sale. DO NOT buy a C2 Custom Creations water pipe EVER!! They lie and the quality of glass is just the same as any other water pipe out there. Plus, they charge way over what they should for these crappy pieces!!! We will just stick to our old faithful great place in San Jose,Ca called Paramount Imports. They are always honest and don't lie just to make a sale. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!! You will just get ripped off and not honor their own policy! read more

The pipe is great and the guy was very nice, but I am concerned that their POS system is also acting as a skimming machine. I only used that card once that day at this place, and my account information was stolen and used later that day. I thought it was fishy when the guy told me to leave my card in even though it said to remove it, and essentially ran twice.
