Bought a 20 dollar battery for a vape cartridge and opened it and did not work. Tried to take it back and the guy said he wouldn't exchange it. I said you sold me a broken item and repeated even if it was broke he's not returning. If you gave this place less than 5 stars, then you went on the wrong day, or you didn't meet Jay. Jay is the owner and I've interacted with him off and on for about 11 years now. My brother and I use to frequent his shop back in the good ol days. His customer service and personality are both superior to anyone I have ever met at any smoke shop. Going beyond that, I would say his customer service is the best that I've experienced in any facet or arena of my life. Jay is a stand up guy. His selection is also great and diverse. They have something for everyone and all budgets. Nowadays I'm in town less, but when I am, I am always happy to stop by. This place is my go-to, and nobody deserves my hard earned dollars more than Jay. I know that some of these bad reviews are probably BS, because I too have bought things from a smoke shop that have broken. Note to everyone: when you get super baked, you might break things. Wife and I wanted to try a vapor pin. Since we're new to this the owner suggests an EVOD, 2 chambers, an extra heating coil and 2 bottles of juice. The total cost was about $50. Worked fine, in fact I haven't bought a pack of smokes since my purchase. The wife on the other hand is still at her 2-packs a day of Marlboro Gold. Problems noted at the end of day one: The battery charger didn't work, the pen leaked, the second chamber that my wife was going to use burnt out after about 5 tokes. Not really impressed but went back to the store and they replaced the charger and coil. He said that it leaked because I didn't have it tight enough. It still leaks regardless. Not sure if I was given used items as there was no retail packaging or instructions included. We have since purchased another EVOD starter kit online through a major retailer. Came with 2 pens, 5 extra heating coils, battery charger and 2 free sample bottles of juice. With shipping it was $34. No problems and no regrets. For anyone trying to kick the smoking habit this has worked for me. I still recommend shopping here just ask about their warranty and return policy. I'm actually a cigar smoker and happened to peek inside this lil smoke shop after having dinner next door. I was surprised to see a humidor so I went inside. Even though the gentelman (Jay) was on the phone he acknowledged me with a nod and smile. After he got off the phone he said "hello, how are you"? and time flew from there. We chatted about cigars, travel, life and such. Where we smoke, what we smoke etc. I'm was so excited, I had my nose all on the humidor, peering at the selection and stoked that this place is so close to my apartment. Low and behold I spot one of my favorite cigars. Jumping up and down I say "I want that one!!" Jay laughs and says, "ok" . It was the last so I frowned. Jay smiled and said "I'll order more in a weeks time". I said okaaaayyyyyy, paid for my cigar, smiled and promised to return when I got back from vacation. This smoke shop is about his business they have a large selection of everything from named brand to good quality off brands for a lot cheaper Their prices are better then anywhere else I have been in this town thats why we keep going back. I have bought a lot of stuff from him and will continue . My girl loves the selection all different kinds and always getting new choices in. Anyways what won me over is I had a problem with an item and he checked everything first before I bought it to make sure it worked when it did not he strait gave me a new one.
