I had spoken with a male representative 20 minutes prior to showing up as he said "we can't wait to…read moresee and help you." I show up, the door is locked, the signs say OPEN, and the place closes at 5 on Saturdays. There's a female representative inside just looking at me, not helping at all. Not even saying "we're closed". Instead, I just stand outside, in this heat, and wonder, what's going on... I call this place and it rings and rings... and rings and rings... And as it's ringing, the female representative looks back as if she's hoping it stops ringing. I then hear the voicemail operator. I leave a voicemail saying "I just spoke with a male representative and he was expecting me. However, the door is locked, the signs say open, and there's a female representative just staring at me, without offering assistance. I'd like to get help with what I called for." I hang up. Try and open the door once more as I thought maybe I just didn't pull it hard enough. But it was locked. I looked one more time at the lady and all she does is this, "". Unfortunately I cannot read lips or minds. Not only am I disappointed, but I'm annoyed. Annoyed that some people do not have the basic customer service skills, but more importantly, people skills. If you cannot communicate to the bare minimum, then you need more training. I'm a very patient person, and understanding one as well. But this pissed me off man. To top it off, both representatives ended up leaving the store just 3-5 minutes later. Thank you central auto insurance agency. Only put 1 star because I couldn't put Zero. Have a good day!
