The technician, Gisselle Paulino :), ripped off the under-eye tape so roughly that it tore my skin, the manager said it is common and happens all the time... during waxes. That's not an excuse for this kind of carelessness especially on someones face. On top of that, Gisselle Paulino, didn't wear gloves at all during the service, and I left with glue still all over my lashes and lash line, even after I pointed it out. When I showed them I was hurt, both the technician and manager brushed it off like it was no big deal. A LOT of attitude from the technician. NO APOLOGY, no help, very dismissive. I ended up having to go to the hospital to get it treated, was dealing with pain, possible scarring, and stress, right before a concert and vacation I had planned. I couldn't even attend the concert the next day because of how bad it was. What really got me was that no one took any accountability. No apology, no follow-up, not even an offer for a refund. I paid $170 for a service that was not only poorly done, but actually harmed me and cost me even more in medical treatment, medication, and missing an event I'd been looking forward to. The customer service here is absolutely terrible. I gave them a chance to respond to my complaint before posting this, but never heard back. I wouldn't recommend this place at all, ESPECIALLY when it comes to anything involving your face or eyes!! Please don't risk going here!!

They had someone I haven't seen before to do my waxing and not only did she leave wax on my face, it appears actually burnt. I've been getting waxed for over thirty years and this has only happened once. So in conclusion, get threaded there, but do NoT get waxed. At least on the face- I don't know how they are with waxing other body parts.
