I have been working in retail for over 20 years and using Cloud Slingers has been the best customer service I have ever received. I emailed the general email the night before I was set to be in AZ to see if the Phoenix location would have a certain disposable that I love that is hard to find where I live. Summer promptly got back to me the next day (through email and phone) to let me know that they didn't have them at that location but she would get them there. That was the first thing that blew me away. Then, when I landed, I also had a voicemail from Alexis (i think that was her name) who actually works at the Northern Ave location to let me know they were waiting for me at the shop. Finally, when I got to the Northern Ave location, Donta B & Brandon R absolutely blew me away with their kindness, how fun they were to just talk to and their general customer service. Don't want the service I've always had here to go unnoticed. Brandon is so incredibly helpful, kind, knowledgeable, just great. I drive way out of my way to come here. Also have great deals! Cheaper than other places....actually went in and asked if they had a brand/flavor of disposable vape, they didn't have it- but a few days later when I came in, they had them. Awesome! I live a few minutes from this shop and had no idea they were here. I went in even though I'm stocked up on everything I need. I told the associate I wasn't buying anything, just checking out what they had and he was still super helpful; so much so that I'm going back later today to buy a couple of bottles of juice.
