**WARNING DONT GO HERE** Employee Ty is a liar and a thief! So last night I came in to the smoke shop to purchase a new torch. The VECTOR ones caught my eye because of the 5 yr warranty. I asked Ty how much a specific one was and he opened case and said $20. I said I'll take it. While he was processing the transaction I grabbed the torch to test it. And it was not even a torch but just a basic lighter. Since he was now done with the transaction he said there's no exchanges and I would have to buy another one. Ty never tested the lighter and if he would have I would have said I didn't want it but then he gets rudely defensive and blamed it on me. So now I have a lighter I won't use and he over charged me $5 more than the tag!!! So check your receipts! Worst customer service I've ever dealt with! Ty is a complete a$$ hole and will never shop here again! read more

I saw a few so so reviews, but I'll give any establishment the benefit of the doubt. As I walked in I was greeted and helped within seconds. The staff knew exactly what I needed and gave me several options. They explained why one product was better or worse with zero pressure. I got everything I needed plus had a great music conversation with some of the staff. On the drive home my wife and I passed several other smoke shops . Best Vape shop in the valley. I've been to many many many and this place has best prices, variety, and best of all, service. The employees are helpful and friendly and most importantly they are not condescending to newbies who are unfamiliar with the smoke/vape/industry lexicon. I appreciate that most. I look for Steve when I go (still visit regularly) he's top notch. There's been a lot of turn over with associates lately. Some of the newer aren't as great as some of the former. Shame cuz there've been some good ones. As long as Steve stays, it's all good. Their house vape juice is awesome. They'll even mix custom flavors for you! 6 stars! read more

This is my favorite smoke shop to browse, but just not my favorite to shop in. The pieces here are amazing. So artful...many of them sold for hundreds of dollars, and looked more decorative than practical. In the back appears to be a little glassblowing shop where some of the more simple pipes and such are made. I totally approve of these trinkets being crafted on-sight. Unfortunately, the items that DO seem practical for use are nothing out of the ordinary. Also, the hookah tobacco (shisha) selection left quite a bit to be desired. In short, it's amazing to look at, but nothing seems worth buying unless you're a collector. read more

First let me start by saying I have been going here for the 3 years now to get my vape supplies. As much as I vape...I don't know a lot about how the coils work, what size I need to get, general trouble shooting problems I have had for my vaporizer. I have had at least 3 different types of vaporizers and the one I have now has the strangest coil I have ever seen. Nick & Tye were working when I went in to "IAG" to get a new coil and they were able to help me right away. I mean these guys went above and beyond what most employees do these days. Nick was able to see what kind of coil I needed right away...I was pretty impressed. The prices are always great here & the selections are amazing! Besides that experience I also LOVE Ian! He knows his stuff! He is always a pleasure to see when I walk in, makes my day. Love this store, the their products, and I really LOVE their employees & service! Found this shop on line said they have fresh hand rolled cigars .... so we walk in one guy working on glass and one behind the counter, store was empty I asked where are fresh cigars he points to area I asked can you show me he replied well we dont have someone just sitting here rolling cigars, he was so rude and seemed upset that we were trying to buy something I finally picked out two cigars and he rang it up again he was pissed off never asked can I help you find something , welcome nothing I wont be back ever !!! I went in there to buy a new vape with my mother and we both bought vape juice. Her vape juice was on the discount rack, and when she got home she realized it expired in 2017! They sold me a vape kit without telling me it needed a battery! Plus he talked me into buying their mixed juice-when I got home I realized it was dark he didn't know the right nicotine percentage and it was also probably expired! My husband went in there last night to surprise me with a new piece and the guy who helped him convinced him to buy monster that I can't even hold because of being in 5 car accidents and I just went to exchange it for something that was the same price but lighter and the guy who was in there today made me feel like I was stupid for buying it when it wasn't even my decision and I explained my situation but just pointed at the sign and said "no refunds no exchanges what don't you get?" Came in to buy a new glass tank for my smok vape. Man behind the counter offered to take it apart and put the new one on so I let him start working on it. He starts twisting the base left and right finally telling me it doesn't come off.... HE STRIPPED THE INTERNAL THREAD and now it won't come off at all. Manager Austin told me over the phone last night when this incident occurred that he would be in store between 10am and 9pm today 05/16/19. I come into the store directly after work at 8:20 pm to find 2 employees, one of which is the one who broke it in the first place, defensive saying he isn't in, while eating away the their pizza on the counter. I asked them if they would call the manager to make this right since that's what I was told and they refused. I asked when he would be in next they said his hours vary on the weekends and probably 10-7 tomorrow. They couldn't confirm nor would they call to confirm. I am TOTALLY dissatisfied and disappointed with this business. It is right by my house and seemed like a cool place when I walked in. To bad their staff are jerks and don't put customer service at the forefront of the business. Hopefully they make the situation right. If I could give zero stars I would. read more

Greenway and 19th have the most reasonable prices I bought a torch here for $50 and seen the same torch on Greenway and 19th smoke shop for $30 and forget about trying to price check over the phone they won't tell you. Anyways, I really used to like this place and think that they had like all unique local made stuff. They have that stuff--for like hundreds of dollars. The rest of the stuff is all "made in china crap." If your looking for a decent moderately priced piece you're better off going anywhere else because you might get the same quality for cheaper. There's a shop on Thuderbird and Tatum where the guy hooks it up everytime. I know its Chinese crap but its like he's upfront about it and prices accordingly. At Its All Goodz I've felt duped multiple times buying crappy ashcatchers for my bong. They're so crappy on my bong to where I'd prefer not to use them. Its like the really expensive pieces are just a facade to get you to believe this place knows "whats up" when in reality you're probably getting ripped off. As for the service, its a smoke shop so I get it that everyone is high all the time. I think its funny when they wrap up the pieces all diligently and bag it for you. I call it stoner arts and crafts. I wouldn't rate them a 1 star because they are right around the corner, and that is very convenient to me. The attendants were very helpful and took the time to educate me on the different oils that they had to mix to make my juice . What a joke! Bought a "budget piece" & it cracked after the 1st use. Went through the hassle of trying to return or exchange it & the owner said "Glass is meant to break and it might have held up better if it wasn't a crappy piece that was likely made by an 8 year old in China!" I said, "So you admit you sell crap?" He said, "Nothing any different that any other ARAB shop you'd find in town." Here I thought they just had decent prices. Don't think you are getting a good deal. Like the owner said, it's crap! If you're going to sell crap, at least stand behind your products. Until I showed my frustration & disappointment, there was no effort to try to find a solution to rectify the situation. It came with a "too bad so sad" attitude. After he realized I was jacked, he offered to discount another piece, but why would I spend another penny here. Too bad because I LOVE to support local businesses & encourage my community to do the same. Too many other options these days. WAY OVERRATED! Yes they have really nice pieces here but don't bring yours in to get repaired! I brought them by waterpipe to repair the ground joint, and they cracked the watercan! It is also worth mentioning that it is very sloppy work. I have plenty of glass blower friends in Cali and they all tell me that it is thier fault. Glass cracking in the kiln is not something that "Just happens" but rather the result of shotty work, which leads me to believe that they don't make the heady pieces that are in the store.
